Mohamad Nazib bin Omar, Sous Chef

As a sous chef who leads the culinary team at JP teres of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Chef Nazib has flourishing experience gained from his past career in other Hyatt hotels and resorts for nearly 20 years. With his forte in authentic Malaysian cuisine that has been long embedded in his gastronomic journey since the early days, Chef Nazib came onboard with the ambition to ensure the preservation of Malaysian food heritage will continue to pave its path towards a wider audience right from the doors of JP teres.
