My recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional, reaffirming why this property has been my preferred home away from home for the last 10 years. From the stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers to the peerless service, this hotel consistently delivers a world-class luxury experience. The absolute highlight of this visit was the extraordinary culinary team. A massive and heartfelt thank you to Chef Abe, Chef Salleh, and Chef Mazlan at JP Teres for providing an unforgettable dining experience. Their passion, talent, and attention to flavor were evident in every single dish, making our meals a true highlight of the trip. The excellence continued every morning at breakfast. Ms. Mimi and Mr. Amir from the breakfast team greeted us with the warmest smiles and provided incredibly attentive, friendly service that set a wonderful tone for the rest of the day. The entire hospitality team went above and beyond to provide great help throughout our stay, demonstrating the genuine care and high standards the Grand Hyatt brand is known for. Even after a decade of visits, the warmth of the staff and the beautiful ambiance of the hotel never fail to impress. I am already looking forward to my next return to this urban oasis!

Stayed at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and loved it! The location is unbeatable with amazing views of the Twin Towers. Rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Breakfast at Thirty8 was a highlight — great variety and attentive staff. The pool and gym were excellent, and service throughout was warm and professional. Perfect for both family trips and business stays. Highly recommend!

Lovely location in between two iconic areas - Bukit Bintang and Suria KLCC. Atmosphere on G floor is very public and open, but more exclusive on the Sky Lobby. There is a very distinct shift between G floor and Sky Lobby. Rooms are modern and bathroom/walk in closet is big. Value is decent if you consider the Balmain shower essentials and turndown service, but it’s as expected. Nothing extraordinary. Rooms and common spaces were always clean and never had any issues. Noise level in hallway can be heard but it’s moderate. Service is just alright, can definitely be improved, especially at check in desk and JPteres. Again, love the Balmain toiletries.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the city’s major attractions, shopping, and dining options, making it an ideal base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is elegant, vibrant, and inviting, creating a wonderful sense of luxury and relaxation. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, providing everything we needed for a restful stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Excellent hotel, well located with fantastic views from our room. Room was very well designed and equipped. Breakfast was excellent and the pool area very well thought out and pleasant to use. A really good hotel, but please play more relaxing music quieter in the lobby and at breakfast!

Great Services, great Breakfast Buffet Services, Clean Room but the room is darker to my opinion and i enjoyed the member’s rate.

Superb location in the midst of Golden Triangle in KLCC overlooking KLCC park or city center skyline, hotel lobby located up in the sky, restaurants with 360 angle skyline view, rooms are great with superb layout design optimal space usage, value for an upscale hotel, great cleanliness, comfortable with soundproofing with carpeted corridors and away from traffic noise.

Grand Hyatt KL is centrally located and offers convenient access to Pavilion and KLCC. The room is clean and well maintained,. The amenities were good. It would be even better if the hotel improved the in-room entertainment, such as by providing smart TVs and better pillows/mattress. Overall, Grand Hyatt KL has always been my first choice whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for a special occasion, as I was planning a proposal to my girlfriend. From the moment I checked in, the experience was excellent. A special thanks to Nicole at the front desk, who was very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor. The room was huge, beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a really comfy bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained and the room was perfect for such a special occasion. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of delicious food, and I really liked how nicely everything was presented at the buffet. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the view was beautiful. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive, which made the breakfast experience even better. Another big plus is the complimentary car park for hotel guests 👍🏻, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a 5-star hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and a convenient location. We had a memorable stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

We were especially touched by the thoughtful honeymoon cake they prepared for us. It was such a sweet surprise and made our celebration even more meaningful. We have wonderful stay ever since check in process where i was upgraded to klcc view. Room is beyond my expectations. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for a portion of our anniversary trip. The service and food was great. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the staff was super attentive. Loved the multiple food stations they had. So much to choose from. Personal faves were the noodle and local food stations (nasi lemak...yes, please). Great location...walkable to Bukit Bintang and large mall with lots of shopping and food options. Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the property more.

We recently enjoyed an absolutely exceptional family stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur with our children and grandchildren. As a Lifetime Globalist member, the elite recognition at this property is truly world-class. Our check-in experience at the Grand Club Lounge was completely seamless, and the unobstructed views of the Petronas Twin Towers were spectacular. The hotel is perfect for families, and the grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool. Every staff member we encountered—from arrival to the concierge desk—offered impeccable hospitality. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for looking after us so beautifully. We cannot wait to return!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. A heartfelt thank you to Rachel Yap for the complimentary upgrade to the Grand Suite with Twin Towers View — the room was simply spectacular. I truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities, fresh fruits, and especially my favorite pineapple tarts. Breakfast and cocktail hour at the lounge were exceptional. Kudos to Aroushka (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name) for her attentive service, and to Jhin Xiang (again, apologies for any spelling errors) for the spot‑on cocktail recommendations. My gratitude also goes to the lounge team — Ash, Min, and Eric — for their warm hospitality and the delightful surprise gift before checkout. A special thank you to Mel, who kindly escorted us all the way to the lift at the sky lobby upon departure. The pool and spa facilities were equally refreshing — from the hot pool to the sauna and steam room, each experience added a perfect touch of relaxation to the stay. This was, without a doubt, the best stay I’ve ever experienced at Grand Hyatt KL. My Globalist status was recognized with such care, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Keep up the fabulous work — you’ve set the bar incredibly high.

The hotel is ideally located near the KLCC mall, just a matter walk away from the Pavilion. Rooms were great, well kept and presented.
