Prime location, a very nice club, considering as Asia no.1
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt right in the middle of one of the busiest periods of the year with the fireworks. Even with the high demand and constant flow of guests, the Club Lounge still ran smoothly and felt warm and welcoming. They serve champagne all day and the wine quality is excellent. I’m also really happy to see the same faces every time I come back. Karly from the Grand Club has been with the hotel for many years — she always understands our needs and is able to comfort us in any situation.

Great hotel with lovely views of the harbour
We had a king room with harbour views. Our first visit to Hong Kong enroute to NZ. The room was spacious with good layout and design. Fantastic views of harbour. Excellent housekeeping and all staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was pleasant and we spent some time here relaxing. We only had one meal in the hotel. Service and food was excellent. Close to a range of local eateries which we enjoyed exploring.

Disappointing
This is a nice hotel, but it is very busy - prepare to queue for breakfast, find the dining room like a school canteen for frenetic pace, people and noise. Location is good for the conference centre, and has beautiful harbour views, but it is a fairly long and uninspiring walk into the central areas alongside very busy and unattractive main roads and building sites. Not good value for money at over £500 per night

An absolutely pleasant, comfortable and memorable stay
Would definitely come back to stay if we travel to Hong Kong again. Staff from front desk to restaurant service crew to housekeeping to concierge were extremely attentive, efficient and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast spread was amazing and kids enjoyed it so much. They even had a gluten free section, and extremely wide spread of choices from Asian to western and dim sum section. Location of hotel was very central to both Exhibition Centre and Wan Chai MTR station, in addition to short walk to star ferry pier station. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

A Solid 5+ stars Grand Hyatt
Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is located in a very convenient location in Wan Chai (right next to the conventional center) and being 5 mins walking distance from the nearest MTR station. Its hotel atmosphere promotes a modern vibe yet blended with little luxury finish. Room is clean and maintained, adequately bright if blinds are fully opened, and relaxed with that gorgeous Victoria Harbor view. During our stay, we didn't notice any noise penetrating between walls. All hotel staffs are well trained and demonstrated exceptional guest service. Hotel is also equipped with great amenities such as a very well maintained gym, spa, outdoor cocktails lounge, and pool.

Outstanding Hotel with Classic Hong Kong Elegance
The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong remains an outstanding hotel, combining classic Hong Kong elegance with exceptional management under General Manager Mark Holmes. The service and attention to detail are impeccable and, in many ways, surpass those of other five-star Hong Kong hotels where I have stayed, including the Rosewood, Peninsula, Ritz-Carlton, and Four Seasons. From the moment you enter the lobby, you immediately understand what makes this hotel so special. It is beautifully designed, exceptionally elegant, and offers some of the most spectacular close-up views of Victoria Harbour from many of its rooms. The hotel’s restaurants are also excellent, particularly Grissini and Grand Café. Grand Café is even better than before—the breakfast wontons are now made with large, fresh shrimp, and the Hainanese chicken rice is exceptional. The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is truly a must-stay hotel. Be sure to enjoy its outstanding restaurants while you are there as well.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the harbor view. The breakfast and lounge were also wonderful perks that made the stay even more enjoyable. What I appreciated most, however, was the excellent service. The room was thoughtfully prepared for my child, with everything we needed already provided. Unlike other hotels where I have to ask for an extra set of bath towels, a toothbrush, and other essentials, everything was taken care of in advance. The staff were all so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s the thoughtful details and great service that really made a difference. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Overall enjoyed the stay
Location good, some more local support information would have been helpful for exploring in-between work. Staff were good. Huge hotel and the BBQ eating area was good for eating alone.

Club room and views made the trip
We had an incredible experience at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, and the club room was a major highlight of our stay. Hollis in the club room was exceptionally helpful. He assisted us with planning our day trip to Macau and provided excellent recommendations for exploring Hong Kong. His knowledge and willingness to help made a real difference. The club room itself was outstanding. The evening hors d'oeuvres varied each night, so there was always something different to look forward to, along with a terrific selection of beverages. The self-serve wine and spirits were a particular highlight and added a very relaxed, enjoyable feel to the experience. There was also a rotating sushi option each evening, a well-stocked salad bar, desserts, and even 1-liter bottles of San Pellegrino available. The variety and quality went well beyond what we typically expect from a hotel club lounge. Overall, the combination of excellent service, thoughtful food and beverage offerings, and the genuinely helpful staff made the club room an exceptional part of our stay. We would absolutely return.

Great but can improve some on some areas
Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was hallways smelled like cigarette smoke on multiple nights even though this was a non-smoking floor. Would be beneficial for them to have air purifiers to help with these smells.

Great hotel perfect location
A perfect hotel to stay at for easy access to the convention center. Although there is not really a lot of things around the hotel (7 eleven or mini mart), the restaurants at the hotel are superb and there are a few choices across the street including a spa. It’s a perfect business hotel.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong: Simply the best!
I had another exceptional stay at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The lobby area truly sets the tone for the experience. The suite that I was in had a tremendous view, the Grand Club sets the standard for other Grand Clubs, the Italian restaurant Grissini rivals the best Italian restaurants in New York City (and I'm New York born and raised), and the staff, from the bellmen to the concierge to everyone I interacted with were friendly, professional, and more than glad to help make my stay better. I'm looking forward to returning.

The hotel is out dated. The front desk staff was not able to fulfil any of our requests. The Club Lounge and concierge service were good.

Absolute insanity of a hotel (in the best way possible)
This hotel encapsulates every detail and greatness from prime 90s Hong Kong. Incredible location with insane scenery, and the stay was incredible from every single aspect. I've been to ~6 Grand Hyatts so far, and this is by far the most "Grand" out of all of them; I'm absolutely impressed.

The rooms are impeccably maintained, and offer spectacular harbour views. Housekeeping pays great attention to detail, ensuring a flawless experience throughout the stay. Grand Hyatt Hong Kong continues to set the benchmark for luxury hospitality in Asia and remains a property I always look forward to returning to.
