General Policy
With the latest directions and specifications under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603) as outlined by the Hong Kong Government, we will be in full implementation of regulating disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products, starting from the commence day of the Bill, which is 22 April 2024 to commemorate Earth Day.
Our rooms and suites will continue to provide complimentary toothbrush sets, Q-tips, cotton pads, shoe mitts, slippers and sanitary bags, all of which are either made from non-plastic materials or exempted from the ordinance. The following items will no longer be provided for free and can be purchased directly from our housekeeping department if needed:
Shower cap: HK$5 net/piece
Sewing kit: HK$5/set
Hairbrush/comb: HK$5/piece
Ear plugs: HK$5/pair

Check-in Policy
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Pet Policy
Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is guide-dog friendly. However, we do not allow pets to enter the premise. Should you wish to bring your pet with you, our Concierge Team is ready to assist you to find suitable accommodation in a kennel or dog hotel.
