Check-in and Check-out time
The check-in time is 3:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please be advised that the check-in time for group guests is after 4:00 PM.
For Guests With Children
Stay and Amenities
Children 12 and under can share beds with parents/guardians free of charge.
When participating in one of our packages that includes breakfast, children 12 and under will enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet at THE MARKET F on the lobby floor. For walk-in guests, breakfast buffet is at JPY 2,100 for children aged 6-12 and complimentary for children under 6. *Price includes 10% service charge and tax.
The following complimentary items are available (in limited quantity):

- Baby shampoo (please inquire if needed)
The following items may be borrowed. Because these items are available in limited quantities, please inquire with us upon reservation:
- Stroller (advance reservation is required)

- Children’s pajamas (120 in Japanese size)
Restaurants
- High chair, plates and utensils for toddlers are available (please inquire upon reservation)
- Children’s breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus
- For food allergy concerns, please inquire in advance upon reservation
- Bringing baby food is allowed
Swimming Pool
- Please be informed that the swimming pool at Club Olympus is open to children who are at least 120 centimeters tall.
- Advance reservation is required. The maximum time for pool use is one hour per reservation. We will hold your reservation for 10 minutes after your reservation time. After that time, we will consider your reservation as a no-show and automatically cancel it.
- Children are not allowed to use the pool by themselves. Their parents and guardians must accompany them to the pool and be there when they swim.
- Children may only use the pool. They cannot use the training room or spa.
- Swimwear for children is not available for rent. Swim caps and goggles for children are available.
- Inner tubes and beach balls cannot be used in the pool. Arm floats are permitted to be used in the pool
Gym and Spa
Children are not permitted in the gym or spa. Please use the showers in the pool and the children's hair dryers in the locker rooms.

Notice on Photography, Filming and Recording at Our Hotel
We kindly ask that guests taking photos or videos in our public areas—including the lobby and corridors or while inside the hotel’s bars and restaurants—give due consideration to the privacy and comfort of other patrons and refrain from including them in the content. Please refrain from acts that may disturb other guests, such as taking photos for a prolonged period in our public spaces.
In the interest of ensuring the enjoyment and privacy of other guests, please understand that on certain occasions, hotel associates may approach you regarding the use of cameras and/or other recording devices.
Additionally, please note that taking photos, filming or recording for business purposes is strictly prohibited unless it is officially approved by the hotel in advance.

For Marine Conservation
Grand Hyatt Fukuoka values the importance of marine conservation and implements sustainable initiatives to preserve natural resources for the future. In line with these initiatives, we have received the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) chain of custody certifications (*1) and have started offering sustainable seafood (*2).
*1 MSC and ASC chain of custody certifications:
This certification is designed to ensure that certified seafood will not be mixed with noncertified seafood during processing and distribution.
Marine Stewardship Council certification:
Globally recognized, science-based standards for sustainable fishing and the seafood supply chain set by the Marine Stewardship Council
Aquaculture Stewardship Council certification:
A certification provided by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council for environmentally and socially responsible farming

For Responsible Consumption and Production
- Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is reducing our plastic footprint and preparing to reduce the usage of specific plastic items.
- We use wooden muddlers at our restaurants, bars, and banquets. Also, wooden utensils are available at the shop corner of the restaurant.
- To reduce the usage of single-use disposable cups, we have released the original Grand Hyatt Fukuoka tumbler in collaboration with Stojo, a New York-based sustainable brand producing planet-friendly items.

- We are certified ISO 22000:2018 for our food safety management system.
