Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $68.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Ski Storage Policy
Overnight ski storage is complimentary for personal ski equipment and rentals from Venture Sports Grand Hyatt Vail. Storage for equipment from off‑site rental locations will incur a $10 nightly fee.
Pet Policy
Your four-legged family members are welcome at our dog-friendly hotel. Grand Hyatt Vail room bookings will be assessed a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for stays up to 6 nights, and an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for deep cleaning fees from 7 + nights, per stay. Dogs may not exceed 70 pounds, limit two dogs allowed, per room, per night.

Package Handling Policy
Any items shipped of delivered to the hotel will be associated with a fee and charged to your guest room. To retrieve a delivered package, please visit the Front Desk located in the lobby. For assistance with shipping, please contact the Concierge Desk and we are delighted to help facilitate your shipment.

Shipments are held for a limited number of days. If the package has not been picked up after 30 days, the package will be returned to sender, who will be responsible for all additional shipping fees. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Alcohol Policy
Outside alcohol may not be brought into or consumed within any hotel public area including the lobby and lobby terraces, restaurants and bars, lounges, pool and hot tub areas, meeting and event spaces, and outdoor public spaces. All alcoholic beverages enjoyed in licensed areas must be purchased through authorized Grand Hyatt Vail outlets. This policy ensures guest safety, supports full compliance with Colorado liquor regulations, and maintains a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the resort.
