Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $60.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy
Your four-legged family members are welcome at our dog-friendly hotel. Grand Hyatt Vail room bookings will be assessed a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for stays up to 6 nights, and an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for deep cleaning fees from 7 + nights, per stay. Dogs may not exceed 70 pounds, limit two dogs allowed, per room, per night.
*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Package Handling Policy
Any items shipped of delivered to the hotel will be associated with a fee and charged to your guest room. To retrieve a delivered package, please visit the Front Desk located in the lobby. For assistance with shipping, please contact the Concierge Desk and we are delighted to help facilitate your shipment.
Incoming Package Handling Fees:
- Envelope (~1 lb): $3.00
- Small (1–10 lbs): $10.00
- Medium (11–25 lbs): $15.00
- Large (25–50 lbs): $20.00
- Golf Bag – Large (25–50 lbs): $20.00
- Ski Bag – Large (25–50 lbs): $20.00
- Golf Bag – Oversize (50+ lbs): $30.00
- Ski Bag – Oversize (50+ lbs): $30.00
- Oversize (50+ lbs): $30.00
- Pallet (Standard Wood Pallets): $200.00
Outgoing Shipping: Prices will reflect to all outgoing shipments, in addition to the cost of shipping. Shipping rates will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
