Hotel Experience & General Information
Yes, we offer a Toddler Club for children aged 0 to 3, which requires the presence of a parent or nanny at all times. For older children aged 3 to 12, our Kids' Club provides up to 2 hours of complimentary supervised activities each day. Babysitting services are also available upon request, for an additional fee.
Yes, our restaurant offers a selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes. Please feel free to ask our team for recommendations or highlights from the menu.

All our rooms are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted in the designated balcony area of your room. Please note that a cleaning fee of $150++ will apply if smoking occurs inside the room.

Booking & Policies
Yes, we offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out for your convenience.
Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Late check-out is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. To request a late check-out, please contact the hotel in advance or inquire at check-in to make arrangements.
While we do not offer express check-out, guests are welcome to settle their bill up to one hour before departure. After that, any additional charges can be paid directly at the respective outlet using cash or card.
We have a strict no-smoking policy in all guest rooms, which are entirely smoke-free. A penalty of $150++ applies for any violations. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas within the hotel premises.
Lost items are recorded and stored securely. If you've misplaced something, please contact our Communication Center or approach the Front Desk with a description of the item, your room number, and the date of loss. Items that remain unclaimed for over one month will be subject to disposal. Please note that we offer standard storage only and do not provide specialized facilities for storing lost items.
