I am happy to stay here. Support my needs. I can finished my conference with joyful and grateful here. With 5 restaurant for breakfast, I need stay longer so I can enjoy all restaurant.

A wonderful time spent at this luxurious hotel. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The restaurants are all so different and the food was great. Right on the ocean and close to shopping.

Please stay at the Grand Hyatt if your looking for a place where you want to relax. You dont need to go anywhere. You can stay on premises and sleep, eat and go to the beach and very family friendly area.

Great rooms, pools and gardens. Children had fun at the kids club. Bicycles were old and rusted and the kids Bicycles weren't usable. No rotation of breakfast at Garden Cafe. Massive wedding outside our room. Music shaking the windows from 4pm till 10pm. We had to leave the resort and eat dinner elsewhere due to the noise. At check out the system to use points was down.

Overall a comprehensive and quality resort that our family really enjoyed. Ample food options, most of which are very good. Comprehensive set of facilities including a river pool and large slide which the kids loved. They also had a cultural show with a comprehensive buffet which was very good. Ample and helpful staff. The beach outside the hotel was also very nice and the resort was very conveniently located outside Bali collection which offered ample food options. Downsides were relatively minor. For instance, whilst the rooms were clean and well maintained, they did feel a little dated. Also the Garden breakfast buffet, which was the most comprehensive one in the resort did get quite busy between 8-9am and several times we did have to wait to get a table. It was also difficult to get a sun lounge by the pool after 9.30am as the pool did get very busy.

Rude and disrespectful service. A request for paper bag to send insulin to another hotel for my brother, staff said no, sending simple bread for breakfast for sick people in room who have paid for breakfast, was told limited to 2 pieces of bread only, there was no other food than boiled eggs and bread that I was sending. Also told it may take up to 2 hours to send this via housekeeping. Just too many incidents to list the whole family had a terrible experience,

Wonderful resort to relax. Food & Beverage package was great. Spa and Bay Sport Club (yoga classes) was also superb. Highly recommend.

We had a great time it was as expected we’ve been before and it was just the same, we enjoy going down to Bali experience it’s an easy walk and the bus runs all the time.

An amazing holiday for the entire family. Children aged 12 and 10 were totally occupied and catered for in every way. Adults were made to feel special and the variety of food, drinks and activities made for a very relaxing holiday

An absolutely amazing spa experience at Grand Hyatt Bali! 🌸 Hands down, one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I stepped in, the ambience was incredibly peaceful, relaxing and luxurious. The therapists were professional, attentive and exceptionally skilled. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the entire experience truly rejuvenating. The service was impeccable, and I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Definitely one of the highlights of my Bali trip! A well-deserved 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended, and I would absolutely return!

The suite was immaculate and huge. Food was incredibly impressive at every restaurant. Salsa Verde was our favourite and Garden Cafe was the kids favourite. Excellent cabanas for hire on the beach. All inclusive package included most things and you could utilise it anywhere in the hotel, even on a deck chair by the pool or beach. The gardens and surroundings are an experience in itself. Constantly wowed as I explored a new area of the hotel each day. Service was faultless. We even appreciated being able to shower at the gym before our late flight home. All the amenities were supplied there. We were very well taken care of.

Our stay was ok. Spa was great. Water court restaurant was our favourite for dinner. Veranda breakfast was lovely. With more more sun lounges than people around or in the pool, it was still impossible to get a sun lounge around as guests can leave their towel and shoes in the location all day and not even be in the area. Some families had their belongings strewn across multiple lounges in multiple areas which we found incredibly selfish with no consequence. Food and drink service around the pool was poor. Finding where to book activities was impossible. Mostly felt unwelcome.

Disappointing stay at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua. The hotel grounds are lovely and beach is nice but the rooms were very tired and in need of a refresh. Our rooms smelt of damp and mould for our entire stay and air con did not work properly in our room so it was often hot. The hotel is so big we were doing 10,000 steps a day just walking to and from our room so not recommended for people with mobility issues. The pool areas were absolutely jam packed (school holidays) so hard to find sun loungers. Pools were also all very warm like a hot bath so not refreshing. We were not doing all inclusive so food prices were very expensive - $14 for two coffees. Considered getting room service but it was $45 or more per dish. You needed to have prebooked restaurants, if you didn’t it would be hard to get a booking. Overall we felt the hotel could’ve been anywhere so if you are just going to a hotel to sit by the pool in the sun and do all inclusive it might be fine but if you were going to experience more of Bali then I wouldn’t bother. We spent an extortionate amount of money to have an average time

This is an established resort and huge in size! We loved our time, having stayed once before and deciding to return again with our family and meeting up with groups of friends, also staying here. Our family requested club access for this stay and it did not disappoint! We were able to use the club pool which was a total haven compared to the sensory overload often experienced in the main pool area. Mindful there were conditions with kids in this area - no diving, jumping or pool toys. Also, as bookings for restaurants are sometimes later than wanted, the club offers canapés between 5-7pm, which helps take the edge of starving little people. Staff are attentive in every area, the shuttle that takes you around the resort is a bit hit n miss but the likeliness is we will try to return again next year, all-inclusive package being our go to.

Grand Hyatt oversold our rooms, and upon arrival simply told us our rooms were not available, instead shifting us to other rooms which were inferior to what we paid for and didnt suit our sleeping arrangement with young children. When escalated to management (Devon), there was no solution provided. We travelled with 3 families (all booked same room type), yet we ended up in 3 different room types. We just had to accept the alternative rooms, it was very disappointing considering we booked this holiday over 1 year ago (and paid a lot of money!) Then room we stayed in was smelt and felt damp, with condensation dripping from the air conditioning vents. After checking the air con vents they were filled with black mould, dust and dirt. Maintenance team was called who committed to cleaning the vents out tomorrow, but we requested a move to another room anyway after sleeping in the room for 2 nights and becoming sick. The next room we got was higher up (level 4) and less damp, but the air con vents were still full of mould. There are other reviews around with customers also having damp rooms and black mould in air conditioning vents - this does not appear to be unique to our experience. Front reception management staff were completely unhelpful, but the rest of the staff at the resort were great. Food was excellent. I would not recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua. Try some other resorts with much better reviews (for a reason)

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali was a beautiful experience. We love the resort, the people, the food and the resort grounds. The visit to the spa was also very enjoyable. The swimming pool carved beetween the rocks was the nicest we ever seen. The beach was very clean and had some shady areas, which we really appreciated. We strongly recommend this resort to families and couples.

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Staff, food, facilities and location were outstanding. I can highly recommend The Grand Hyatt and will definitely be going back!

My first time to Bali and found the Luxury Escapes package purchased for 7 nights at Grand Hyatt was a very fresh and warm welcome for a vacation stay. 30mins to Kuta, Airport and GWK and the facilities and rooms were better than expected.

We recently stayed here as a family and unfortunately left feeling disappointed. The resort was far too busy during our stay. Restaurants, pools and even pool loungers were consistently overcrowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities. It often felt like there were simply too many guests for the resort to comfortably accommodate. We were also disappointed with our room location despite paying a premium. We were placed in the West Village, which was a significant walk from the main resort facilities. The location made getting around with children inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience. While the grounds are beautiful and the staff were lovely, the resort did not deliver the relaxing family holiday we had hoped for. The level of overcrowding impacted almost every aspect of our stay, and the accommodation did not meet our expectations. Overall, we felt the resort offered poor value for the experience provided and would not choose to stay here again.

A Fabulous Holiday – Can't Wait to Return! We had such a wonderful holiday and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort itself was fabulous, with expansive grounds and so many lovely areas to explore, wander through, and relax in. The selection of food and drinks was fantastic—lots of great options, and everything we had was very good quality. From the atmosphere to the service, everything made for a stress-free and memorable getaway. We would definitely stay here again!
