Notice on COVID-19 Precautionary Measures and Closure of Aquatic Facilities
At Andaz Tokyo, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are following the recommended procedures and protocols provided by the World Health Organization and local authorities.
For precautionary measures, we have installed hand disinfectant dispensers at key locations around the hotel and increased the cleaning frequency of our facilities. Please note that some of our employees may be seen wearing face masks and a body temperature check is required for entry into the hotel.
In consideration of the health and safety of everyone at the hotel, an additional body temperature check and completion of health check form are required to enter AO Spa & Club. Since March 9, 2020, the aquatic area (including swimming pool, carbonated pool, floating jet pool and bade pool), steam room, sauna and bath areas have been temporarily closed until further notice.
