In line with the announcement made by the Singapore Government on 6 August 2021, please see below for the updated facilities' operational guidelines.
From 10 August (Tuesday), the mentioned facilities will continue their operations with the following Safe Management Guidelines for individuals who are fully vaccinated, have recently recovered from COVID-19 or present a valid Pre-Event Test result. Verification of vaccination or negative test result will commence at all restaurants and Damai reception via the ‘TraceTogether’ app on your mobile device.
- All dining outlets—mezza9, StraitsKitchen, 10 SCOTTS, Pete’s Place and Oasis
- Damai Spa & Fitness Centre including gym, indoor group classes, badminton studio, swimming pool and spa facilities
For guests who are unvaccinated or have not completed Pre-Event Testing, Room Service will be offered as a dining alternative, while takeout, alcohol and gourmet groceries will continue to be available on the Grand Hyatt Singapore online shop.
As we strive to ensure the safety of you and all of our guests, not more than 5 individuals are permitted from gathering within the hotel premises, unless all individuals are verified to be from the same household/address. All visiting guests will need to be registered at the hotel's Front Desk.
