Policies

A deposit of MYR 3,500.00 is required to confirm the venue. After which, a second deposit comprising 70% of the estimated banquet expense is required one month prior to the wedding banquet. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Balance to be settled after the actual event.

FAQs

Can I exchange dishes between the two menus without a top-up cost?

Yes, as long as the menu items use the same raw ingredient, such as the same type of fish with a different sauce. Additional charges may apply if you wish to change the cooking method, for example from steaming to deep fried.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music and photography?

We work on a regular basis with several vendors. We will be happy to give you their contact information.

If I do not want a food tasting, can the cost be reduced from the final invoice?

Food tasting is chargeable at 50% from the selling price and can be billed together on the final invoice.

If I decide to bring in my own wines, can corkage fees be waived?

No, a corkage fee will be extended to couples based on the quantity and types of beverages. Only duty-paid and sealed beverages are accepted at the hotel.

Can you include a genuine wedding cake in the package, instead of the 3-tier dummy cake?

Yes, we can. We are pleased to offer a genuine wedding cake with a top-up cost starting from MYR 130.00 per kilogram and upwards.

Do you include a complimentary day-use room for helpers?

No, day-use rooms for helpers can be arranged for an additional charge.

Can I bring my own wedding gifts?

Yes, you will be able to bring your own wedding gifts if you prefer, but we would be grateful if you could inform us of the type/kind of gifts ahead of time.

Can I bring my own florist to enhance the floral arrangements in the ballroom?

Yes, you are able to hire your own florist to enhance the floral arrangements in the ballroom.
