As part of our commitment to enhance our resort and provide greater level of luxury for our guests, our Grand Club Lounge will be undergoing a transformation project. The project will start on May 13th 2023 and is expected to be completed by May 19th 2023.
We still will honor the Club Access benefits for our guests who have already confirmed their stay prior to March 8th 2023. Breakfast venue will be moved to Pasar Senggol while the cocktail hour benefits can be enjoyed at Veranda Lounge and Bar.
The Central Government has decided to continue its beach development projects for the beaches in Bali during the month of February. The project will begin effective immediately here in Nusa Dua area with an expected completion date by 7th of April 2023.

Back due to popular demand, the world’s smallest chef returns with a brand-new season in Le Petit Chef Marco Polo. In this new story, the handsome little chef follows the footsteps of Marco Polo through Europe, the Middle East and China with a series of delightful dishes inspired by each of his destinations.
Only at Grand Hyatt Bali, Le Petit Chef is the first dining experience on the island to create a spectacle of technology, theater and culinary creations. It is a grand gastronomical sensation that has successfully stolen the hearts of many diners and culinary enthusiasts.
The story of Marco Polo begins in France, where diners will be served hearty dishes of the nation’s specialties including seafood bisque and brioche. His next destination features the Arabian Peninsula with its rich and flavorful cuisine, including tabbouleh and falafel to name a few. After that, an array of heavenly bites will spice up the whole Indian journey. While traversing the Himalayas, a series of refreshing intermezzo will cleanse your palate and prepare you for the coming journey to China, with its array of sumptuous stir-fry cuisines. As the final promenade, the whole exciting journey will end on a sweet note with several delicious desserts.

Grand Hyatt Bali, the crown jewel of resorts in Nusa Dua, aims to continuously build and foster our consumers’ trust by implementing the highest standards of Food Safety Management Standards (FSMS ) throughout the hotel with the recent impressive accomplishment of its ISO 22000-2018 recertification.
The recertification was granted on 15th July 2022 after an extensive series of assessments conducted by the professional team from the organization which took place from 13th July 2022. All thanks to the amazing teamwork of our wonderful colleagues who worked tirelessly to ensure that we have a meticulously documented system in place that is fully executed in all facets of the organization.
The purpose of ISO 22000:2018 is to develop and sustain a robust integrated system that drives continuous improvement of all processes and structures. As a result of hotel's sustained efforts this ISO recertification will certainly improve the overall performance - be it quality, environmental, or occupational health & safety management. At Hyatt, we understand the responsibility of the well-being of our guests and colleagues and we are deeply committed to advancing meaningful action by embracing Food Safety Management Standards (FSMS) as a culture, not a food safety program.
Guests can indulge in high-quality tea and coffee or opt for a sparkling chamomile soda tonic or granita. In addition to beverages, a three-course set menu will be served.
There are three available set menus to choose from; Grand Summer High Tea at IDR 260,000, Grand Summer Cocktail High Tea at IDR 440,000 and Grand Summer Bubbly High Tea at IDR 850,000. All prices are subject to two persons with an additional tax and service charge. Our Grand Signature Cocktail is also available for an additional IDR 110,000++, featuring a series of divinely invigorating cocktails to liven up the mood.

Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt Bali and R.O.L.E Foundation had successfully held a charity canoe race on Saturday, 23 April 2022, raising more than USD 58,000 to support the empowerment of marginalized women and environmental education. The race was joined by 78 participants from all over Bali, including six associates from both hotels.
Starting off on the shoreline of Hyatt Regency in Sanur at 7:00 AM, the race covered approximate of 13 kilometers of distance and finished off on the shoreline of Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua. The first rower reached the shore of Grand Hyatt 1 hour 20 minutes after the race commenced, followed by several others minutes later.
A series of fun events at Salsa Verde welcomed the rowers and their supporters, from mini bazaar, breakfast buffet, live music, Balinese dance, silent and blind auctions, and the much awaited award ceremony. Special prizes were also given to the Top Three Best Fundraisers, supported by the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
The funds raised would support the R.O.L.E Foundation, which focuses on empowering women from marginalized communities and environmental education for youth in Bali. The foundation runs two skill centers in Nusa Dua: Bali WISE, which houses and gives training for marginalized women from Bali and beyond, and ZeroWaste Center, which gives hands-on education on the environment, ecological and waste management for the youth.

With the help of GBAC STAR™ and under the guidance of our Hygiene Manager Dea Rumapea, Grand Hyatt Bali has successfully implemented best practices to prepare for, respond to and recover from outbreaks and pandemics.
