This 1,092-square-foot meeting venue seats 14 comfortably and lets you get down to business without distractions. The private 540-square-foot boardroom complete with foyer offers everything you need for your next meeting.
Gore Meeting Room & Foyer
This convenient Conference Center event venue totals 2052 meeting room square feet and 1732 square feet of foyer space. Host as many as 228 guests in a theater configuration and 108 in a classroom setup.
Gore Creek Terrace
Situated along Gore Creek with a large fireplace and great views of Vail Mountain, our Gore Creek Terrace brings wonderful alpine ambiance to outdoor happy hours, receptions and wedding ceremonies.
Gore Creek Garden
Commonly used for breathtaking wedding ceremonies alongside the blooming Aspens and gentle flow of the river, our Gore Creek Garden is a favorite for weddings and meeting break-outs alike.
Valhalla / Keller / Powell Meeting Suites
These Main Lodge event venues vary in square footage, with the largest holding as many as 73 in a theater configuration. Ideal for smaller meetings and available in other setups, these spaces are limited only by your imagination.
Cascade Ballroom & Foyer
Located in the Grand Hyatt Vail Conference Center, our ballroom easily accommodates large gatherings – from a reception for 900 or a seated banquet for 540 to a classroom-style presentation for 351.
Zermatt Meeting Room
This event venue features Rocky Mountain-inspired decor and other touches to create a vibrant, inviting space. This room works well for meetings, banquets, receptions and other unique galas.
Gore Pavilion
