The award-winning Sha Tin 18 serves authentic Dongguan and northern Chinese cuisine in a lively show kitchen environment.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us. In light of the recent COVID-19 developments, please see below the precautionary measures at our restaurants and bars:
  • Our associates will be tested for COVID-19 every 7 days or are fully vaccinated.
  •  Patrons are required to scan the “Leave Home Safe” app or register personal details before entering the outlets.
  • Each table are separated by at least 1.5 meters.
  • Guests are required guests to wear masks when entering the outlets, and our associates always wear masks.

Live performances by the chefs are the highlight of both dishes: Peking duck is skillfully sliced in front of the guests and divided into 3 dishes: crispy duck skin, duck breast meat and duck leg meat. In the dish Flambé Rose Wine Barbecued Pork, Lard Rice, flaming rose wine is poured over the barbecued pork, filling the room with the delicious aroma of the rose wine and slightly charred barbecued pork.
