A Heartwarming Winter Feast at Dinner Buffet
Cafe presents the “Heartwarming Winter Feast” dinner buffet and exclusively guided by fourth-generation heir GiGi Ng of the century-old “Ser Wong Fun”, it brings modern twists on snake soup: braised snake with chicken julienned in almond soup, and braised snake with pork julienned in ginger pumpkin soup, nourishing the lungs and skin. Innovative claypot rice dishes include Western-style ox tongue claypot rice with cherry tomatoes, chilli, and coriander pesto; and preserved pork liver sausage claypot rice with eel and preserved aged black beans. The restaurant also offers a selection of creative desserts such as preserved beancurd cheesecake with egg waffle, and chilled soya bean Yakult cake.
