Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., with check-out at 12:00 p.m. Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated based on availability; however, they are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

The Elms offers a range of thoughtfully appointed accommodations, from comfortable standard guest rooms with plush pillowtop bedding to elevated suites featuring separate living spaces, wet bars, and enhanced amenities for a more luxurious stay. Select rooms include spa-inspired touches like jetted or soaking tubs.

The property is pet-friendly and offers hypoallergenic rooms, with all bedding and pillows designed to be feather-free for added comfort. Daily housekeeping services are also available upon request.

The Elms offers a variety of convenient transportation options to enhance your stay. Guests may enjoy complimentary self-parking, with valet service available for $20 during the day and $30 for overnight stays. EV charging stations are also available on property for added ease.

For exploring the surrounding area, complimentary bicycles are offered (a waiver is required at the front desk), and the hotel’s shuttle service is available by advance booking, with rates based on destination and subject to applicable taxes and service fees.

The Elms Hotel & Spa features one of the largest spas in the Midwest, offering 28,000 square feet of serene, restorative space with soothing treatments, an expansive grotto, and curated wellness amenities. Guests can also enjoy multiple pools and hot tubs, including a seasonal outdoor pool, a year-round outdoor hot tub, and an indoor lap pool, as well as a fitness center equipped with two Peloton bikes and a dedicated stretch space. A daily wellness class is included for all guests as part of the destination fee. While walk-ins to The Spa are welcome, reservations are recommended to ensure availability.

The hotel offers complimentary, high-speed WiFi throughout the property, as well as hard-wired internet if needed.

All guest rooms feature smart TVs with Chromecast connectivity to allow for a seamless streaming experience during your stay. Members of the World of Hyatt program may take advantage of mobile check-in but will need to stop at the front desk to get their room keys.

The Elms offers connecting guest rooms upon request (subject to availability), along with family-friendly amenities like cribs, pack-and-plays, children’s menus, and high chairs for added convenience.

The Elms welcomes dogs and offers a designated pet relief area for your convenience. Up to two dogs (75 lbs max each) are allowed per room with a one-time $50 fee and they must be always leashed.

The Elms offers a guest elevator for easy access throughout the property and welcomes service animals in accordance with guidelines, with no documentation required.
