For guests seeking unique meeting space that goes beyond the traditional conference room, we offer a variety of spaces suited to your individual needs. Let us help create an inspiring environment for your gathering by choosing from private dining rooms, cozy fire pits, or poolside settings for a more relaxed atmosphere. Please note that our Private Dining Room is not ADA accessible.
Breakout Meeting Spaces
Excelsior, Empire, and Saratoga meeting spaces provide one large breakout of over 1,700 square feet or three individuals spaces of 550 square feet for smaller meetings of 30-40 guests, depending on set-up.
Gazebo
The Elms Gazebo offers a captivating outdoor setting that incorporates nature and business. Our Gazebo is flexible enough to host a private yoga class or corporate dinner with ambiance supplied by lush Excelsior Springs greenery and The Elms gardens.
Truman Boardroom
Where history meets function, this permanent boardroom with natural light is perfect for a confidential board meeting or small seminar of up to 20 guests. Please note this space is not ADA accessible.
Elms Grand Ballroom
The oval-shaped Grand Ballroom features high ceilings, a center skylight, and beautiful chandeliers and appointments to create an elegant ambiance for your upcoming event. One end of the ballroom is fashioned entirely from glass, offering views of the grounds, the outdoor swimming pool, and the Gazebo. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests, depending on the set-up.
Regent Ballroom
The Regent Ballroom offers rustic elegance with hardwood floors, exposed timbers, and a large stone fireplace, providing a stunning backdrop for your event. The huge windows and French doors offer an abundance of natural light, as well as access to a private patio and views of the grounds. The Regent Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests, depending on the set-up.

Enjoy an overnight stay at our historic hotel, known for its rich history and spirited past, along with two tickets to our guided Paranormal Tour. Explore hidden spaces, hear the stories, and decide for yourself what’s legend and what’s real. Afterward, unwind in the comfort of your guest room and enjoy all the modern amenities the hotel has to offer.
Package Includes:
- Overnight accommodation
- Two (2) tickets to the night Paranormal Tour at 9PM o Tour reservations are guaranteed with guests at check -in
- Additional tickets are available for $25 per person
Stay and Spa
Bring relaxation and rejuvenation to your stay at The Elms. Enjoy our Stay and Spa experience with a $200 spa credit to be used toward any spa service.
Package Includes:
- Overnight accommodation
- $200 credit to Spa at The Elms (credit is per stay)
- Two (2) hours of Grotto access & spa facility for each guest with a confirmed spa appointment
- Package is available Monday -Thursday, all spa appointments must be booked prior to arrival, and all services will incur a 21% service charge at check-out. Guests should contact the spa to book a spa appointment after booking the Stay and Spa package.
Ultimate Stay Package
Escape to luxury with our Ultimate Stay Package, designed to elevate your experience from arrival to departure. Enjoy spacious accommodations paired with exclusive resort credit to indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments and savor delicious food and beverages at our on-site dining outlets. Whether you’re here to relax, celebrate, or simply treat yourself, this package is the perfect way to experience it all in one unforgettable stay.
Package Includes:
- Overnight accommodation
- $400 credit (per stay) to Spa at The Elms
- $100 Food & Beverage credit (per stay) to be used at any outlet, including in-room dining
- Two (2) hours of Grotto access & spa facility for each guest with a confirmed spa appointment
- Package is available Sunday -Thursday, all spa appointments must be booked prior to arrival, and all services will incur a 21% service charge at check-out. Guests should contact the spa to book a spa appointment after booking the Ultimate Stay package. Dinner reservations are encouraged but are not required
