Destination Fee Policy

Please be advised that hotel room bookings will be subject to a mandatory daily destination fee of $35.00 for each room. Please enjoy the following complimentary access and activities included in your stay as part of this program:

Dog Policy

Andaz San Diego would love to welcome your furry little friends. One dog under 50 pounds is allowed in guest rooms or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds. A $50 pet fee per night will be applied to your folio. Your furry friend can lounge in one of our cozy dog beds, stay hydrated with water from our Andaz bowls and get energized from a treat at the front desk before you go exploring through the Gaslamp District. We want their experience to be as memorable as yours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel, including guest rooms. There are designated smoking areas outdoors for guests to utilize. There is a cleaning fee that will be applied to all guest rooms where smoking occurred. There is a $500 cleaning fee for the Andaz Large Loft, Sweet Suite, Cabana Suite and Star Suite. There is a $250 cleaning fee for all additional rooms.

Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.
