i think it is a little overpriced with all the experiences combined. location was good. food was good. room was clean though I found blood stain on my pillow case after the last cleaning during my stay. wifi was not good at all - TV did not function at times. there was also some mild construction noise in the room next door but this did not really affect me. the noise of grass cutters next to the two pools was bothering… as a globalist, I think offering one free drink per day is not too much to ask for given there’s no lounge in the hotel, but this was not offered…
This is the hotel we keep coming back! It is the best one in Seminyak. Its service standards are really outstanding and the moment you walk in to the lobby you see a lot of smiles. Nothing too much trouble and we are already planning our next trip to Alila Seminyak.

This was our sixth visit to Bali and our first time staying at Alila. I love Bali but my partner has grown tired of noisy, musty smelling accommodation and said he'd only come back to Bali if we stayed at Alila, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for a week in an Alila Ocean View Suite which looked directly out to the waves rolling onto the beach and magnificent sunsets. It was clean, quiet and serene, and gave us the perfect holiday. Food and service are exceptional. The hotel amenities and location are spot on. It's got the perfect mix of bustling vibe combined with peace and quiet. We loved it!

The room was well maintained and inviting. The multiple pools were warm and relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary buggy down the road and to the shopping center were very helpful. We did not opt in for breakfast because of the price. The food & drink at the hotel was a little overpriced for the area. The beach was red flag the entire week we were there but the sunsets were beautiful not only from the beach but also the pool and our balcony.

Wonderful hotel with great location, great amenities, 3 pools, large rooms, very clean hotel. What impressed me the most was the service provided by the staff and remembering my name. Service with a smile always. The only thing I fault is not enough strong lighting in the bathroom for the ladies.

Just returned from the Alila, Seminyak. Beautiful hotel, choice of 4 swimming pools. Pool overlooking the sea/beach Plenty of beds available around the pools at any time during the day Short distance to the town. Free shuttle available during the day although not a problem to walk the 5 mins Bar and Restaurant fantastic. All staff lovely and so helpful Beautiful place. Would highly recommend this hotel. No issues at all. Beautiful sunset to be seen from the bar/Restaurant area

My favorite hotel in Bali. The sea and sunset view is breathtaking. Location is great being in centre of seminyak and along the beach. Staff services were great. Wira in particularly was particularly helpful in helping with luggage and getting me additional cables charges and adapters and beach bags. Breakfast was amazing. And staffs there were so attentive even though they were so busy. The restaurant Seasalt is beautiful with breathtaking seaview but the menus is tad expensive and food just so so. Room is a bit dated. Mine was a terrace suite. The glass door lock to the terrace was a bit loose. I felt tad insecure cause people outside may just open the door with a bit of force. Tv system is also very outdated. Remote control is slow and difficult to use.

What an awesome place.. really hope I get to visit again 1 day.. clean, modern and fantastic staff. Get on the beach turn left or right and visit other hotel beach bars or separate local bars. 10 minute walk to the centre of Seminyak and all the shops, bars, coffee houses and restaurants.
