Resort Fee Policy

A daily resort fee of $50 will apply to all room nights. With a stay at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, you'll gain access to all the benefits that our luxury Phoenix resort has to offer, including:

• Use of the hotel’s business center including incoming faxes
• Mixology classes in the MixUP featuring handcrafted seasonal cocktails

• Transportation to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain Trail Heads–based on availability
• Welcome beverage on arrival
• Hiking kit, which includes bottled water, granola bar, sunscreen, insect repellent, trail maps and backpack
• Lawn games include giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, Corn Hole, Skittle ball and Yardzee

Pet Policy

Everyone needs a vacation, even our furry family members. Please inform us that you will be bringing your dog(s) with you prior to arrival. Our Royal Paws program provides an elevated pet program for paw-rents looking to give their four-legged friends the ultimate luxury hotel experience. The program features a dog menu, in addition to a plush branded bed, bowl mat and tennis balls for use during the stay.

Dogs are welcomed on the sidewalks, grass, public spaces and patio areas. Please refrain from inviting your dog inside the restaurants or to the pool area, unless as a registered service animal. For stays of up to six nights, we assess a $150.00 pet fee, and for stays of seven through 30 nights, an additional $100.00 deep-cleaning fee will be included.

Pets must weigh 50 pounds and under or two pets must weigh 75 pounds combined at most to be permitted to stay at Royal Palms Resort and Spa.
