Hotel Experience & General Information
Regular check in time is 4pm, and check out at 11am. Early check in or late check out is based on availability.
We host a variety of on-site experiences including mixology classes, yoga & meditation sessions, history tours, live music nights, seasonal events (e.g. holiday brunches or themed contests), and curated amenity deliveries during your stay.
Most experiences require an advance reservation through our “Experiences” page (via Tock), where you can select date, time, and number of guests.
Yes, many experiences carry additional fees though some complimentary offerings may be available depending on your stay and package.

Rooms & Amenities
No, there is not a mini fridge in the room. There is a mini chiller in the room, to keep things cool, but not to preserve food, medications or items that required a regulated temperature. A mini fridge can be provided in your room, based on availability.
Yes. Housekeeping is provided daily, unless otherwise noted upon check in, or if you have your DND sign on the door.
Yes, hypoallergenic options are available. Please communicate these requests at time of booking and/or at check in.
Yes, we have 3D tours and floorplan diagrams available for the Camelback View Spa Suite with Terrace, Valencia Villa, Camelback View Corner Suite with Terrace, Montavista Courtyard Villa, Arcadia Villa, and Presidential Villa. These can be found here.

No, we do not have self-parking available.
Yes, we offer valet parking for all guests. Valet is $40 for all overnight resort guests with a room reservation, this charge is per car. Valet parking is only validated for guests visiting the hotel to dine in T. Cook’s, or Mix-Up Bar + lounge, or visiting the hotel for spa treatments at Alvadora Spa, or visiting with a resort pass for the pool. For all guests who are attending meetings, conferences, weddings or contracted resort events, valet parking will be negotiated with your sales or events manager.
Our resort car offers complimentary drop-off service to Camelback Mountain trailheads, Fashion Square Mall and Old Town Scottsdale. Please note, pick-up service is not available.
Hotel Facilities
Yes, there is a spa on the resort grounds, Alvadora Spa. The spa is open daily from 8:30am – 5pm. Appointments can be booked online or by calling: 602-977-6400. Learn More by clicking here.
T. Cook’s serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Walk-ins are welcome, or reservations can be booked online through Tock, or by calling. Mix-Up Bar + Lounge is our lunch and dinner restaurant. Walk-ins only. Cabana Café is the poolside restaurant, serving lunch and snacks. In room dining is also available, during regular restaurant operating hours.
Yes, we do offer room service. In room dining orders are available during regular T. Cook’s operations hours, 6:30am – 1:30pm and 5:30pm – 9:00pm. The full T. Cook’s menu is available to order.
The pool is heated to about 85 degrees, although not needed or heated in the summer months.
WiFi & Digital
Complimentary wifi is provided to all resort guests. If you would like to upgrade your wifi while on property, this would be a $5/day fee.
Our guestroom TVs provide Chromecast capabilities for streaming.
Yes, mobile check in is available, as well as mobile check out. The digital key is also available through the World of Hyatt app.

Families and all ages are welcomed at the resort. We do not have specific programming available for children.
Yes, the resort offers event spaces suitable for weddings and celebrations with up to 180 attendees.
Pets
Yes, we are a dog friendly resort. Dogs are welcome to all outdoor locations, as well as your guestroom. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. We have a dog program at the resort, Royal Paws, with specific dog resources, amenities and menu.
Yes, there is a $150 pet fee for stays up to 6 nights. If staying 7 nights or more, there is a $250 fee. The pet fee does not apply to service animals.
Accessibility
There are 6 ADA guestrooms onsite. ADA lifts are available at the pool and jacuzzi. Ramps are available throughout the resort grounds. The Montavista building contains one elevator.
Yes, service animals are welcome on property and for overnight stays. Upon check in, we do ask to complete a simple form, just to have information on file for the service animal name/breed/etc. so our teams are informed. We will also confirm housekeeping preferences with you at check in.
