Destination Fee
A daily destination fee of $30 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information:
- Access to the hotel’s town bikes and helmets (based on availability)
- Two drink coins for the Press Room (These can be redeemed for beer, wine or our daily signature cocktail.)
- Two bottles of water
- In-room coffee
- High-speed Wi-Fi in guest rooms and all public spaces
- “A Few of Our Favorite Things” walking map
- Branded tote bag
- Wellness Passport: exclusive access to some of New Orleans’ athletic clubs
- Historic streetcar access
Check-in Policy
Guests are required to show a valid photo ID at time of check-in. Please note a $50 security deposit is charged per night and due on arrival. This is refundable, pending a successful damage inspection after checkout. The minimum age for check-in is 21.
Photography and Videography Policy
The Eliza Jane is private property and maintains a strict policy against the use of its hotel grounds (all interior spaces, exterior grounds, etc.) for unauthorized professional or commercial photography/videography purposes.
Unauthorized professional photographers/videographers are subject to immediate expulsion from the hotel property. Wedding photography on the hotels grounds is offered exclusively to couples who have contracted a wedding ceremony, reception or celebration within the hotel and/or restaurant. The couple will work with their point of contact at the hotel/restaurant regarding the details of their planned photography/videography session, including pre-arranging a specific date and time and providing a certificate of insurance in advance. Pet Policy
We welcome up to two dogs in a guest room. Reservation must be made at least three days ahead of arrival. Only dogs weighing 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) and under are permitted.
Two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds (34.02 kilograms). A pet waiver will be collected at check-in.
FEES:
1–6 nights: $150/stay
7–30 nights: $300/stay
31 nights or more: A deep-cleaning fee will be at the hotel’s discretion.
Service animals: Pet fee and deep-cleaning fee will not apply to guests with service animals. Service animals are allowed in all public areas, including restaurants.
Where available, dogs must be walked in the designated “dog walk” area. We ask that dogs be in their respective guest room by 9:30 p.m. A “Dog on Vacation” door hanger will be provided upon check-in and should be placed on outside of door at all times. If pet rooms are not available for nonservice animals, we will gladly refer guests to reputable, respected local kennels. The hotel will provide a water bowl, food bowl and mat on request.
