Awesome service, aesthetics, comfort and location.  I was surprised how this Hyatt property over delivered on the boutique hotel experience and personalized customer service.

Highly recommended from a Hotel Junkie!

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service - my new goto hotel for NYC visits. The rooms are spacious for NYC standards, and very well-designed and decorated. And the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. Highly recommended!

A very unique hotel , highy designed with deep colors . The hotel is located in a perfect location in the soho , also has a beautiful bar, rooftop  and restaurant inside . 
The staff anywhere are so nice and helpful that it feels like home . 
The bed and pillows are super  comfortable and we slept like babies

The heater was not working in the room upon arrival, but Natasha was so courteous and helpful by putting us at ease in a better room! We were so impressed by her attention to detail and how much she strived to make our stay memorable. I’d just like to mention that Anastasia knew what time we were arriving and managed to let us check-in a bit earlier due to availability and because of our timing and flight issues, George allowed us to check out a bit later. The entire staff is stellar and The Manner wouldn’t be top notch without this incredible reception team. Gigi, the host, by the way - fabulous! 10/10

Best hotel in Soho

Best location in the SoHo with bars, restaurants and shops all around but relatively quite.
Very clean hotel, very good service. Great staff.

Great experience at the SoHo

I had really helpful staff and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was pretty good and some stuff is included. Location is the best if you want to stay in SoHo.

Trendy hotel with friendly staff and outstanding location

Had a really lovely stay here--the hotel is very comfortable and stylish and it's rare to get both of those in one place. Great location and terrific staff, warm and friendly but not intrusive. Rooms are comfortable and roomy especially for NYC, and very quiet. Slept well and enjoyed the stay!

Lovely stay in Soho

While we had high hopes for this boutique hotel in the heart of SoHo, it misses the mark. Having stayed at Nine Orchard last year, there is no comparison. While Orchard requires a bit of a walk into the main SoHo area, it is absolutely worth it. The Manner was clearly slapped together in a rush with poor construction, tiny rooms and closets inoperable due to poor construction. Bar areas are are not reserved for hotel guest use. While the complimentary breakfast is delicious, the Apartment misses the mark with low slung chairs and tables that work for cocktails, but not dining.

Misses the Mark in SoHo

The Manner came recommended to a friend who lives in the area and has stayed there as a staycation. Everything in our experience was very high quality. The breakfast, room, aperitivo, and rooftop are all excellent and the location is great. Would happily stay there again
