Booked for a mother/daughter getaway trip, mostly based on location. We sprung for the corner room for a little more space and it was definitely the right call. Everything was so comfortable and delightful, very charming and all small needs thought through ahead of time. Shanté (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!) at breakfast/happy hour had amazing energy. What a special jewel of a place.

Terrible experience. Hotel is great looking but strangers were able to hack our room and add food and beverage items to our bill and the management and front refused to believe us.

The Manner is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of SOHO. While the location is terrific, it is the customer service level that sets this hotel above the mark. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming, willing to accommodate guests. The Manner is elegantly styled and the fragrance throughout the hotel is dreamy. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed.

Elegant little Hotel tucked away in Soho. Very clean and very well appointed. Extremely friendly staff. We had visited this property years ago when was under another regime. We will be back.

The Manner is a great hotel with multiple bars and restaurants, excellent service, and a genuinely friendly staff. Its location in the heart of SoHo makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms have a very minimalist design. Ours was painted orange and did not include any artwork or a television, although the staff will gladly bring a TV to your room upon request. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the orange walls, and the lighting felt a bit dim, which made the room seem somewhat bland. That said, the hotel’s outstanding service, vibrant atmosphere, and prime location more than make up for those shortcomings. If you’re looking for a stylish hotel in the center of SoHo, The Manner is a great choice.
