Our rooms do not have TVs. Should you need to watch something, please let the front desk know. 

You may invite outside guests to join you in the Apartment or Rooftop (more than two, subject to availability). Please provide names to the front desk in advance. 

The Apartment is a space to dress as comfortably as you would at home (robes are welcome). There is no dress code at The Otter or The Rooftop. In Sloane’s, we ask that you dress for a beautiful room. 

No bills will be presented during your stay and all charges will be added to your folio (unless you request otherwise). 

There is no need to check out. We’ll send your bill and look forward to your next visit.

We know traveling just isn’t the same without your canine companion. Our pet-friendly hotel policy ensures your stay in SoHo is as comfortable as possible.
Dogs under 30 pounds are always welcome at The Manner with no charge. Feel free to reach out to our front desk with any questions about our pet-friendly policy.
