The Manner takes a less-is-more approach, creating an atmosphere that is both elevated and inviting. The spaces are designed to be lived in, not just admired, inviting guests to slip into a slower rhythm as they would in a private residence—whether that means kicking off their shoes in The Apartment or greeting the sunrise with a morning coffee on The Rooftop.
Perched above SoHo, The Rooftop at The Manner is one of the neighborhood’s best-kept secrets and offers an idyllic escape reserved exclusively for guests and their friends. Here, unobstructed views of the New York City skyline set the stage for moments both tranquil and celebratory. Mornings invite quiet contemplation over espresso or cold brew, while golden hour brings the glow of the city to life, best savored with a spritz or a crisp glass of wine in hand.
As the evening deepens, the space transforms into a chic setting for conversation and nightcaps under the open sky.
The menu reimagines Italian aperitivo culture with unhurried elegance—think small plates meant for lingering over: Marinated Manchego with seasonal accompaniments, paper-thin Jamón Ibérico, and Hummus with Crudités and Pita still warm from the oven. Each bite and sip are crafted to complement the rooftop’s natural rhythm, encouraging guests to stay, savor, and watch the city flow beneath them.
