The ballroom Le Festival, located on the ground floor, is modulable and its ceiling height of 4.59 meter (15’05’’ feet) is a great benefit for different set up. Recently renovated, this ballroom is equipped with 360° Video- Mapping technology , integrated sound and light system . This large ballroom can accommodate all kind of events such as car launch, gala dinner, fashion and TV show, large conference with back and/or front projection, opening cocktail, concert with stage, stadium seating, ... It can also be divided into 2 separate areas of 446 m² (4,800 ft²) each.

It can also incorporate brand identity or be customized with bespoke creations, available with a one-month lead time.

The Citrus 1 meeting room, bathed in natural daylight, located on the ground floor is a versatile space ideal for hosting business meetings, breakfasts, lunches, cocktails, welcome dinners, or gala evenings. Designed for both elegance and performance, it features state-of-the-art technology including an integrated audiovisual system, a 5.80 m x 3.60 m projection screen paired with a 20,000-lumen projector, and two handheld microphones. Connectivity options ensure seamless presentations with free high-speed Wi-Fi.
