Children
A child at this establishment is considered any guest between the ages of 0 and 12 years old. Any guest aged 13 or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult rates.

Tourist Tax
In 2025, the tourist tax is €4.02 per person, per night.
In 2026, the Tourist tax will be €4.42 per person, per night.

Accessibility Policy

Hôtel Martinez delivers the finest welcome to all its guests, including its clients with reduced mobility:

  • 10 bedrooms accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

  • Elevators and doors with wheelchair dimensions.

  • All common areas are accessible with wheelchair : lobby, front office, restaurants, bar, garden-terrace, spa, fitness center, meeting rooms, children's club, toilets.

  • An exterior lift is available to access our private beach club, La Plage du Martinez.

Pet Policy

During your stay in Cannes, the Hôtel Martinez is a home away from home for your pet.

We warmly welcome pets to our establishment, but to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow the following rules:

  • The sign provided by reception must be placed outside on your room door when your pet is present. This will allow our teams to know when they can provide service without disturbing your pet.

  • Pets are welcome at La Plage du Martinez as well as at Le Sud restaurant and bar from noon onwards, except during Brunch service. Please note, however, that pets are not permitted at L’Oasis du Martinez, the pool, the Spa, Breakfast service, the pontoon and beach area at La Plage du Martinez, Martinez Bar, or La Palme d’Or restaurant.

  • Please keep your pet on a leash in all common areas of the hotel, including corridors and outdoor spaces.

  • In the restaurant, please ensure that your pet remains under your table throughout the duration of your meal.

  • Any damage caused by your pet in your room or in the hotel's common areas may result in additional charges.

  • In case of specific needs or veterinary emergencies, our concierge team is available to assist you.

Please note that a fee of €70 per pet and per day applies at our ideal pet-friendly hotel in Cannes.
