The menu will also cater to poolside dining guests at the two pool decks and in-room dining. The hotel brings a touch of Napa Valley to Palm Springs with its first-ever HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room. The indoor-and-outdoor tasting room mirrors the design and styling of Thompson Palm Springs with an additional collection of curated artworks. The entrance mimics a cave-like model, a nod to HALL Wine’s opulent Rutherford Chandelier Room, as guests and locals venture to taste the label’s award-winning varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc.
