Our Food Philosophy
Hyatt’s philosophy guides us in how we select ingredients that are better for people, communities, and the planet.

- Produce sourced from local farms, when possible and in-season.

We respect the reproduction of species and the hotel is committed to not buying, selling, or consuming endangered species. All of our meats and seafood are sustainably sourced from local farms.Our chefs offer alternatives for vegetarian and vegan guests.
Sustainable Meetings
We aspire to make it easy for our guests to incorporate more green practices during their meetings and events.
- Providing event-specific environmental footprint information aligned with the Hotel Carbon Measurement Initiative (HCMI) and the Hotel Water Measurement Initiative (HWMI) methodology.
- Refillable solutions for water through our Vivreau filtration system.
- Daily operational reports are used to effectively schedule heating, cooling and lighting for greener energy usage.
- Water served using carafes is the default offering for meetings and events, filtered internally through our Vivreau water system.
- Suggesting lower-impact options for centerpieces and décor, such as potted plants rather than flower arrangements.
Carbon Emissions and Water

Waste and Circularity
- Plastic bottles are recycled back to suppliers.

- Supporting digital signage and offering Hyatt applications to help enable paperless meetings.
