We had a wonderful one-night getaway at the Park Hyatt Toronto and are already looking forward to returning. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming. We were also able to check in early, which was a much-appreciated touch and gave us extra time to settle in and enjoy our stay. Our room was spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable place to relax. The hotel’s central location is another big plus, with easy access to the subway, shopping, and museums. It’s a convenient base for exploring Toronto. A highlight of our visit was the Writers Room Bar, where we enjoyed excellent cocktails and a beautiful view of the city. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make the evening feel special. Although our visit was short, it left a lasting impression. The welcoming service, lovely room, convenient location, and memorable evening at the Writers Room Bar made this a fantastic getaway. We’ll definitely be back very soon—hopefully for a longer stay!
We had a long stay at the Park Hyatt, and I found the room to be very comfortable for the stay. The bathroom was nice with a great walk-in shower. Overall, the hotel was excellent.

My 16 year old son occasionally enjoys a quick trip into the city. We decided to spend a night here for a little upscale experience. The hotel is beautiful and the overall service was fantastic. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast. The food was brought at the exact time indicated on the ordering app. The dinner was very good however the breakfast was merely o.k. The room was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We have already booked this hotel for our next weekend in the city.

What an amazing experience!!!!! The staff at this hotel was wonderful, attentive, genuine, and friendly. It was a family member’s first time im Toronto and i truly wanted them to fall in love with the city, and the Park Hyatt Toronto helped me achieve just that. We ended up making use of alot of the amenities which included Joni’s Restaurant, Writer’s Room Bar, Stillwater Spa, In Room Dining Services, and each was a beautiful experience but the staff whether valet, front desk, concierge, restaurant/bar staff amd housekeeping were truly wonderful. Great location, beautiful hotel, a great treat.

What an absolute delightful stay. Staff were incredibly attentive, rooms were clean, sheets beautifully soft, and great amenities for travelling with a baby and toddler. The food was so good, though pricy. Located in a great area so we could walk safely to shops and restaurants. All around a lovely stay for a family of four with small kids.

Lovely place to stay while in Toronto. The accommodations were lovely and the staff attentive. From the time we drove into the parking lot the friendly valets and parking attendants were the perfect start to our trip. They were happy, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. What a difference that first impression can make on a stay! The hotel was sold out with several VIP actors and politicians staying at the same time. Security was massive. We were still treated as welcomed guests. Shila at the front desk stood out as an exceptional representative of hospitality and warmth. We enjoyed the beautiful floral area gents and live music as well.

I would recommend a stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto and will likely return for a stay if we visit Toronto again. At check in we were welcomed with an arrival drink which is always a nice way start to our stay. We are a family of 5 and had requested rooms near each other. At check in we were given connecting rooms which was perfect for our family! My Globalist benefits were explained clearly and applied appropriately, however complimentary breakfast was not extended to our 3rd child upon request. Breakfast at Joni as well as in room dining were both exceptional including food and service. Housekeeping kept the room tidy for our two night stay and valet services were quick and easy. Late checkout was offered and confirmed at check in. I think this property lived up to the level of service and luxury you would expect to receive when staying at the Park Hyatt brand.

We traveled to Toronto for my husband’s bilateral knee replacement and were booked into the Park Hyatt Toronto. The hotel and staff were amazing. Unfortunately we were confined to our room after my husband’s surgery due to his lack of mobility but there was nothing that we wanted for. Concierge service, room service address all of our needs. The food was exquisite. The bed very comfortable and our room was very quiet so my husband could rest. We would not hesitate booking the Park Hyatt Toronto in the future.
