Surprised my wife with a stay here for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Everything was done to make this a exceptional experience and they really delivered on my request for the best view available. The staff were friendly, drinks at the bar were great and breakfast was excellent. We won't forget this night, it was very special.

I had to reserve two rooms since I travelled with my wife and 2 children. This property only has one room type which allows four people to stay in the same room, that is double bed deluxe. But since they have very limited room, I had to reserve two rooms instead. Few weeks before I travel, I requested to the hotel to arrange the rooms close to each other. But they said they will try their best to arrange as my request but can’t guarantee because it is totally upon availability during check in time. I understand this because it does make sense. Obviously, I can’t ask someone staying in the room to move to the other room for my convenience. But the problem was during my stay. Even I’m currently a globalist member, I was informed by email a week ago that I will not be able to get any room upgrades during my stay due to high room occupancy. 2 of my 4 night stay was weekend with public holidays in Sydney, it was obvious that the rooms were totally full. And this property has a policy that midstay upgrades are not available. As then, I do understand that midstay upgrade of the room is not available during the stay. I respect the hotel’s policy. However, I requested several times during my stay to move my rooms close to each other when it is possible. On my third day of stay, I saw the staff preparing for rollaway bed right across my room, for new guest coming in. It was the same room type as my other room which I request to move, so it will be closer to me for my family to move conveniently. It seemed like hotel staffs were not even considering my requests for closer rooms when it becomes available. As being a globalist member of World of Hyatt several years, I was never been treated like this before in any other properties around the world. Oh yah. I was not even informed about breakfast and hotel facilities during the check in process, so I had to ask them in the reception desk. Perfect location, perfect facilities, great food, but not good at all to treat guests who has loyalty to their program.

B EST Hotel in Sydney. It’s the best location with the best views it has everything. Whether it is your first trip to Sydney or your 99th like mine. The only hotel to book is the Park Hyatt.

I cant recommend this hotel enough, its views of the opera are breathtaking that words cant describe them. Their complimentary breakfast is to die for. The service staff are just pure amazing, especially their front desk and concierge. The concierge team gave us great recommendations to explore in the city and even booked some tickets for us. The honeymoon gift was a superb touch. I will definitely stay here if traveling to Sydney again

Outstanding hotel in every way. Room was beautiful, well appointed and a great view. Staff provided great service from bellman, check in, room service, dining room, and concierge. The concierge services were extraordinary. By far my favorite hotel in Sydney.

Wonderful location and view from the room . Pleasant staff. Dinner restaurant needs a restructure with food, drinks & service as i felt i was eating food from a pub not a high end restaurant, the restaurant was a real let down unfortunately although breakfast was amazing. I would give it a 4 star as i feel it really could step up a notch but it doesn't deserve that put on google as the overall experience and hotel was nice

This hotel is excellent they keep it clean and organized, everything is in working order, and the staff even surprised us with a special treat after they learned we were running the Sydney marathon. Highly recommend this hotel for its amenities but also a great location.

Absolutely stunning destination - service is just as amazing as the location. The location is the best in Sydney and the facilities are world class.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney was exceptional, right from when the car picked us up from home until we checked out. We could not fault anything - the exceptional customer service this hotel offers far exceeds anything we have experienced before. Thank You for a wonderful stay!
