Amazinf ambience and location. The room, dining at Opera, Square One and Lounge, the gym and steam room, everything was top notch.

Great location! Wish we had a balcony but it was on the noisy side..had lovely music in the evening! Great restaurant around

The Park Hyatt Saigon was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed here as part of an international business school program, and the hotel handled both the hospitality and business side exceptionally well. The property itself is beautiful, but the best part was the level of service. Every interaction felt polished, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling excessive. I also used the gym during my stay, which was excellent, well maintained, and exactly what I would expect from a property at this level. Our group also used one of the conference rooms on the first floor, and the setup, service, and amenities were outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, which made a big difference given the pace of our academic and business schedule. I have stayed in many hotels across Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas, Mexico, and elsewhere, and this property exceeded nearly all of them in terms of service, comfort, and overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Saigon was made exceptional by Ms. Duy at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly kind and helpful during check-in, but she also made sure we were well accommodated during our entire stay. It’s outstanding staffs like her that turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. We can’t thank her enough and will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Service was impeccable. Rooms are spacious and meticulous. Liked the usb plug in the room safe. Breakfast in Opera cafe, had a large selection and very good variety. Dinner at Square one was very enjoyable, good ambiance, excellent food and service. Rooms were pretty quiet, especially in the evening.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the last 12 years. The hotel is always excellent, breakfast is outstanding and the staff are always friendly and helpful

My wife and I stayed in Park Hyatt Saigon for 10 days, the longest duration of all our visit to HCMC. We felt like home with all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was the best anyone could ask for. Though we had breakfast everyday but we never get tired of trying different made-to-order dishes. The restaurant and spa were also wonderful.

location, atmosphere, room are below my expectation comparing the the price I paid. I stayed Reverie 4 days prior to moving to Park Hyatt. I truly regretted that I moved to Park Hyatt for the remaining days of my business trip in Saigon.
