Beautiful hotel and the staff is super friendly and attentive. My recommendation when visiting Saigon

Beautiful hotel in Saigon

The location of the hotel is excellent, central to all the main sights.  The ambience is relaxed and calm and provides a perfect break from the busy city outside.  The rooms are clean and well appointed, the staff are friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Amazing experience in Vietnam

Breathtaking immaculate guest rooms , sumptuous bedding and huge bathrooms outfitted with an abundance of toiletries.  The hotels stunning art collection is worth touring.  Breakfast is over the top. The only issue -and it’s a big one-is that the common areas are overrun with wannabe TickTock models and their entourages- occupying tables in the lounge to photograph themselves and clutter spaces with their props, outfits for changing, cameras, etc. making it difficult to get seating for events like high tea, evening entertainment or even just a place to relax in the beautiful environment. Most are not hotel guests and should not be permitted.

Spectacular hotel with a caveat.

My stay at Park Hyatt Saigon was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel embodies understated luxury, elegant without being showy, calm without feeling formal.

What truly sets this property apart is the service. The team is attentive, warm, and intuitive, always present when needed yet never intrusive. Small details are handled thoughtfully, making the experience feel personal rather than transactional.

The atmosphere is serene and timeless, offering a welcome retreat from the city while still being perfectly located. Rooms are beautifully maintained, quiet, and comfortable, with a strong sense of refinement throughout the property.

Park Hyatt Saigon delivers luxury in the most meaningful way, through consistency, grace, and genuine hospitality. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-tier stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Exceptional stay – refined luxury and heartfelt service

We have just returned from The Park Hyatt in Ho Chi Minh where we stayed for the last 3 days of December 2025 before travelling to Hoi An to see in the New Year. We were recommended to stay there by friends in Kuala Lumpur where we live, and were not disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff paid attention to every one of our needs, the cocktail bar is first class and the rooms themselves were perfect. What's more you could not ask for a better location. All in all, a fantastic stay and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We will be back!

The Park Hyatt Ho Chi Minh - the only place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Great service at check-in from Vy. She was kindly upgraded us knowing it was a special occasion. We're looking forward to breakfast daily - amazing selection and food quality. Can't wait to come back in 2026.

Another great stay at a Hyatt property in Viet Nam

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Hyatt Saigon.  The hotel has French Colonial architecture with blends of Vietnamese/ Asian charms. The rooms are big and comfortable. As a Globalist member, the extra perks of late check out/ free breakfast for the family was nice. We were also welcomed with wine and lots of treat, definitely add to our overall experiences. The best part about our stay was the staff. Everyone was genuinely caring and provided us with the best possible service. Highly recommended.

Amazing!

I have been to Saigon several times and always wanted to stay at the Park Hyatt.  I finally had my chance and loved everything about it.  It’s expensive but worth it.  I stayed for three days before Christmas and it was decorated beautifully.

We stayed for 2nights.  Awesome place that gives you probably the best X’mas feel in HCMC.  Breakfast is top notch and tea by the lounge is a must

This was our best Hyatt stay in 2025 (out of 100+ nights). Our expectations were exceeded, especially regarding customer service. Our feedback is mostly positive, which is rare for us as we have high standards. 

Customer service was perfect. Every time we went to the front desk, I felt like the person we spoke to knew the details of our reservation even if we hadn't spoken to them before. Staff was attentive but not overbearing. There was excellent pre-arrival and post-departure communication.

All Globalist benefits were delivered: greeting, welcome amenity, upgrade, late checkout.

The location is great. It's in the center of the city so it's easy to get anywhere.

The building is lovely. It has beautiful common spaces. Our suite was gorgeous, with actual art inside, not just prints. The carpet was lovely.

The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good and menu service was fast.

They had local themed bedtime stories available which was really lovely.
