All Drawing Rooms are suitable for smaller meetings and functions of 18 to 180 guests, and range in size starting from 45 sqm (480 sq ft) to 215 sqm (2,314 sq ft). The Guest House (consisting of Drawing Room 1, 2 and 3) is a unique meeting concept in the city, a residential space featuring an open kitchen and interactive coffee break stations. While Drawing 4 and 5 feature natural light with a private terrace.

The ballroom measures 550 square meters (5,920 sq ft) and can be divided into three rooms, with separate entrances from a pre-function area ideal for coffee breaks, exhibitions and pre-dinner cocktails. The pillar-less ballroom is suitable for all types of seating, and can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests in different configurations of the room. Ballroom I, II and III each has an area of 184 square meters (1,980 sq ft) and can serve up to 150 guests in each section.
