The Epiphany celebrations continue at Park Hyatt Vendôme with the “Feuille d’amande” galette des rois. Shaped elegantly like a leaf, it extends the spirit of refinement and delicate details.
Beneath its golden puff pastry, almond frangipane blends harmoniously with an amaretto-flavored almond paste, enhanced by pieces of crystallized amaretto. Both traditional and festive, this galette promises a unique moment filled with sweetness and generosity.
