Before it became a home, Hadahaa was a place of wonder—deeply rooted in the childhood memories of its Maldivian co-founder, Ali family.

As children, the Ali family would visit islands like this - remote, untouched, and alive with beauty. They would picnic beneath the palms, swim in turquoise shallows, and marvel at reefs that seemed to hum with life. Hadahaa was not theirs, but its stayed with them - as a memory, a feeling, and a quiet dream they carried into adulthood.

Years later, that dream became a mission. They didn’t want to build a resort. They wanted to create a sanctuary - one that honored the soul of the island exactly as they first experienced it. A place where others could feel the same awe and intimacy without disturbing what made it sacred. So they became not just owners, but founders of an island home - and made a promise to build it with care.
