Pet Policy
We’re delighted to welcome your pets during your stay at Park Hyatt Milan. To welcome you and your pet to the fullest, please contact our hotel beforehand to let us know.
- Only small dogs under 8 kilograms (18 pounds) in weight are allowed. Dogs are accepted only in the rooms and only in categories from DELUXE upward.
- An additional pet cleaning fee of €100 + VAT per night will apply.
Pets are not allowed (regardless of size) in the food and beverage outlets (Pellico 3 Milano, La Cupola, Mio Lab) or in the spa.
Smoking Policy
Please be advised that the hotel is entirely nonsmoking. Failure to comply with this rule will result at check out in surcharge of one additional night at the official daily rate of the room occupied to cover the cost of additional cleaning services for the room. Please be informed that the ban on smoking also extends to electronic cigarettes in our food and beverage outlets.
Organizational Model and Code of Ethics
As part of the strengthening process of Company organization and sustainability, in July 2021, the Board Directors of Nepa s.r.l. has adopted an Organization, Management and Control system in accordance with ex D.Lgs. 231/2001 and appointed a Supervisory Board, which has been entrusted with the task of overseeing the operation of, and compliance with, the Model implemented. European Whistleblower Directive D.Lgs. 24/2023
The Italian government enacted Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 (the Italian Whistleblowing Legislation) implementing EU Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 (the EU Whistleblowing Directive).
The Italian Whistleblowing Legislation aims at protecting those who report violations of EU law and expanding the scope of the EU Whistleblowing Directive breaches of national legislation.
