Treatments cancelled at least 4 hours in advance will not incur a penalty. Cancellations made between 4 and 2 hours before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
A 30% surcharge applies to treatments requested between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM or between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
