Park Hyatt Milan
Loved the Park Hyatt in Milan. Recently updated. The decor was beautiful. The staff very friendly and kind. We had a suite that was stunning. A large glass shower and a separate soaking tub. The breakfast was very delicious. Lots of choices. Excellent location, right in The middle of shopping and around the counter from the Duomo.

Luxury with perfect location
Park hyatt is a luxury hotel with the perfect location. Its literally right next door to the galleria where you can shop at all the high end stores. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's pricey but worth every penny!

Luxury Stay Steps from the Duomo
The Park Hyatt Milan offers an unbeatable location right next to the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, with outstanding service throughout. Breakfast was excellent, making this the ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Milan.

No Sleep, Broken Promises, and Zero Accountability.
I expected a five star experience at Park Hyatt Milano but received the opposite. My room was beside the service elevator with constant noise, plus disturbances from adjacent rooms making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. When I raised the issue, nothing was done. On checkout, the guest manager delayed me while my taxi was waiting outside, which caused the fare to increase due to waiting-time charges from a flat rate to the meeter, which I was told once we arrive to the airport. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel blamed the taxi company even though staff were fully aware the car was waiting. Management later claimed they had offered me a complimentary breakfast “as a courtesy,” which never happened, and then the guest manager said they would do certain things to make the stay right and broke their promise based on what they said they would do. At this level of hotel, one expects integrity, accountability, and at the very least a quiet night’s sleep. I would strongly advise against staying here if you expect genuine five star service.

overpriced-disappointing
This hotel is overpriced and not transparent with its charges. The loud vent noise made it impossible to sleep, which ruined the stay. Very disappointing experience — I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Highlight of Milan
What a great stay. There's so much to say! I'll try and cover it all. We began by stopping by the check-in desk (Julio) before our stay began just to chat and see if there were any upgrades available with our Globalist status. He was so attentive and patient with us. He answered all of our questions and was able to find an upgrade for us. He also found someone to get a couple of delicious coffees. When we came back after our day of exploring the city we were greeted by a different front desk person (also amazing, I can't remember his name. Then Christina came out to chat with us with a great smile. She made us feel so important! Right before we went to our room, Alfredo Petrone poked his head out to chat with us also! We talked about specialty cocktails and the Food and Beverage manager (Alessandro). Then we went up to our room and found champagne, two special "bitters" cocktails, and some delicious sweets! WOW! That was so awesome!! Shortly after that we went out and exercised, got cleaned up and began our amazing evening. We went down to Mio bar. We had such a blast. I have such an interest in the art of making cocktails, this place was perfect. Max began his awesomeness with cocktails, and then we were able to meet Alessandro! He offered to sit down and teach me some methods and have a tasting, but unfortunately we had to leave the next day. What a bummer!! I would have loved that!! Mixologist Max was so sweet to us and so unselfish with his time and knowledge. We had a great stay. I can't wait to make Negroni's for my friends now. So something that probably went unnoticed was the housekeeping assistance we received while staying there. I do not have any names, but we needed three items at three separate times and they came through each time! First it was a steamer, which worked great. Then it was a razor and shaving cream. And finally it was hairspray! We are so thankful!!

park Hyatt Milan should be your go to hotel! Location! Service! Yes!
My wife and I were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. We traveled from the park Hyatt in Zurich ( reviewed elsewhere) to the Park Hyatt in Milan. I would say aside from the check in gentlemen acting a bit odd, the park Hyatt Milan gets a 10/10. The lobby is beautiful. The location can’t be beat. We stayed at the four seasons Milan last year and I would absolutely recommend the Park Hyatt. They are on par with the best hotels in terms of service, from personal recognition to the balloons and flowers in our room. Our room was upgraded at check-in and the room was beautiful. I booked a suite but we got a terrace as well. The shower pressure was ok…the park Hyatt nyc still has the best… and I don’t know why they switched from the le-labo products…maybe they are trying to be like the park Hyatt in Paris!?! However they are not as good I find them to be too perfume. However one thing I would like to mention that really stood out. We were taking the high speed train to Florence for a stay at the four seasons. I forgot my medication in the fridge. The concierge team had the meds in a taxi meeting us at the train in under 20 minutes!! We were able to stay on our original train. So Nicola, Mara, and Marcello thank you so much. I will absolutely return to the park Hyatt Milan!! 10/10

Excelent hotel in the center of Milan
Incredible attention to detail, every request were meet with excellent care, if is your first time to Milan you cant find a better location, the croissants are at another level, every pastry is delicious

Fantastic Hotel
Amazing hotel, all staff was great, location is the best in Milano. The rooms are fantastic and well appointed. Champagne in the room on arrival. One of the best experiences in Italy I have had!
