Overall, Park Hyatt Milan truly lives up to the Park Hyatt quality, both in terms of its facilities and service. The team is exceptionally kind, attentive, and supportive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the overall experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.
We had an INCREDIBLE experience at Park Hyatt Milano during our honeymoon! As a World of Hyatt Globalist member, I was thrilled to receive an upgrade to beautiful suite that made our stay even more special. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Milan, just steps from the Duomo. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Park Hyatt Milano truly made our trip memorable, and we will absolutely be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan.
Excellent in all areas. Location exceptional. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world. This one was among the best.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Milan! The staff were fantastic and made the experience even better. The hotel is in an incredible location, right in the heart of Milan, yet it feels tucked away and understated. You might not even realize it’s there if you weren’t looking for it, which adds to its charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were impressively spacious and well appointed. Everything about our stay felt comfortable and luxurious without being over the top. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. We were put in a handicapped room (not by request) and the set up was less than optimal for us. Bathroom too large and bedroom too small. Other handicap amenities really didn't work well for us. Some of the staff was outstanding, we found others a bit arrogant and dismissive. I was ignored for over 15 minutes when asking for a check in the restaurant (that wasn't particularly busy at the time). I got their attention when I got up to walk out.

Quite simply I think this is one of the best hotels in the world. you really cannot beat the location in Central Milan and despite the amazing location, it’s incredibly quiet. the team does a fantastic job from the most senior person I’ve interacted with down to the most junior. the food and beverage program is great, the rooms are modern well appointed and very functional. and I think to a standard that you would expect for the price point
