During our stay at Park Hyatt Busan, our daughter Jia suddenly developed a fever and started vomiting late at night. It was a stressful situation for our family, but your staff responded with extraordinary kindness and professionalism.

The team promptly helped clean the floor after she vomited, brought a thermometer to our room even though it was very late, and proactively asked whether they could purchase children’s fever medicine for us from a nearby convenience store. Thanks to their thoughtful support and quick action, Jia’s fever came down overnight, and the rest of our family was able to rest and sleep.

Always a good experience here. Breakfast is a highlight. Service is very attentive; my schedule was all over the place but they ensured my room was done before housekeeping left for the day.

One of the best places to stay in Busan

Great location, the team members are great, attentive and very helpful, food is great too. The rooms are very comfortable and with everything you need.

Great experience

We visited to celebrate my father’s birthday, and we truly felt that every staff member did their best to make our stay special. I’ve stayed at Park Hyatt properties in the U.S., Japan, and Seoul, but Busan is honestly the best. The Corner Suite was incredible! The view was breathtaking in a way that photos simply cannot capture; I’ve stayed at many ocean-view hotels, but there is something uniquely beautiful about the view here. Perhaps it felt especially meaningful because my father was born in Busan.

The swimming pool and fitness center were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. Every section of the buffet (Korean dishes, lighter options, and especially the bread and fish cake) was genuinely delicious.

There are also many great restaurants nearby, and you can enjoy a variety of traditional Busan dishes around Haeundae. The walk back to the hotel is lovely. To me, it felt completely worth traveling to Busan just to stay here. My parents even said this is the first hotel they want to show to all of our relatives.

Truly a 5 star hotel experience! Everything from the check in to the breakfast and the politeness and efficiency of staff, to the cleanliness of the hotel, honestly the experience was flawless! I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Busan!

Securing a 1 King Bed Ocean View High Floor room at Park Hyatt Busan was easy and ensured we enjoyed stunning views of Gwangan Bridge and Suyeongman Yacht Marina, just as we’d hoped. The check-in was smooth, and front desk staff were professional and attentive throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, though the decor felt somewhat dated for this caliber of hotel.
Dining-wise, both breakfast and dinner at the Dining Room featured excellent service and a solid mix of dishes; prices are definitely on the higher end, but the overall atmosphere and cityscape vistas were worth it. The location is about a 30-minute ride from Busan Station, yet it’s perfectly placed for walks along the marina and within reach of Haeundae Beach and other scenic attractions.
A highly comfortable place for a splurge-worthy getaway with unforgettable views—just expect premium pricing and a bit of aging in the rooms.

Stunning Ocean View—Great Stay Despite Dated Room

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the marina. I appreciated the separate water closet and bathing area for getting ready in the morning. The deep bayhtib was especially appreciated after a long day of walking around Busan and the toiletries provided made the room smell divine.

Practical luxuries made for an excellent experience!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean and marina. Room is very spacious, modern, luxury with an amazing view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall we had the best experience of all the hotels we stayed during our vacation in South Korea.

Beautiful guest room with spectacular view

Very architectural facilities, and great customer service. Breakfast experience was particularly good. Location at Marine City is useful if you are into yacht cruises.
