Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. Received fantastic globalist recognition from the pre arrival email to reception upon arrival and also throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help recognize our special occasion trip. One of the best values and overall experience we have across the 15+ Park Hyatt’s we have stayed at so far. I highly recommend the park Hyatt Doha for anyone who is looking to stay in the city as the staff, loyalty recognition, and hotel is 10/10.

Staying at the Hyatt with family and for business — the service is impeccable and the staff attend to our every need. They are discreet and unobtrusive, which is rare in Doha. Exceptional laundry service by Sukesh, and the housekeeping by Sharif is equally flawless. The hotel management is a real pleasure to deal with.

We had a very good stay at Park Hyatt Doha overall. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, the facilities were excellent, and the food was also very good. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an unfortunate incident during our stay. One day we left the hotel in the morning and came back later in the afternoon, and I found my prescription glasses extremely bent, to the point that they were no longer usable and could not be properly repaired. I reported the situation to the hotel, and the manager was very attentive, listened to me, apologized, and later sent a fruit basket to the room, which I appreciated. However, the fact remains that the glasses were damaged while the room had been serviced, which was quite disappointing. Aside from this incident, everything else about the stay was very good, and I would still consider staying again.

This must be the best hotel to stay at in Doha. Location is excellent. Just a few footsteps away ypu find the metro station, mosques, eateries and beautiful pathway (5-7min walk) to Souq Wakif. The staff is so polite and attentive that it felt really special. The breakfast-experience was beyond the usual five-star-hotel experience in terms of quality amd presentation of the food. They have fresh dates, tea and water by the lobby, which was really nice . Housekeeping was impressive and above our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and elegant. I would definitely choose this hotel again as it enhanced my short 2 nights stays to another level.
