Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Pet Policy

At KYLN Hotel Suzhou, pet-friendly getaways are made better. Bring your beloved dogs and experience a memorable stay immersed in refined comfort and relaxation. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following policies:

Sizes and Weights:

• Only small to medium-sized dogs weighing up to 20 kilograms are permitted.
• Guests are permitted to bring up to two dogs per pet-friendly room.

Health Certification Requirements:

• Proof of a valid rabies vaccination is required. Vaccination must be administered more than two weeks prior to and less than one year before check-in.
• Please present a photocopy of the vaccination certificate upon arrival for record-keeping.

Friendly Reminders:

• Keep your dog on a leash and avoid entering dining and fitness areas.
