The hotel is centrally located near the Central Train Station. The location is ideal and easy to get around from. The condition of the hotel is great. There's a bar and restaurant onsite and the staff were ALL very friendly and helpful! Shout out to Colin at the front desk!

Appreciate all the wonderful staff of this hotel, very accommodating, and welcoming. Love our room, everything worked as it should. Great location right besides the train station. A lot of restaurants close by. I would love to stay back here again someday.

Best stay in Antwerpen

This hotel experience was truly exceptional right from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff whose enthusiasm set a positive tone for our entire stay.

The check-in process itself was remarkably smooth and efficient, which we attribute especially to Randy and their excellent team. They handled everything with professionalism and genuine warmth, making us feel instantly valued and at ease. It was a fantastic demonstration of high-quality service and personal attention. This very nice hotel and its dedicated team ensure a pleasant and memorable visit for every guest.

Super Exciting Stay at Antwerp Centrum

The hotel was newly refurbished with comfortable, well laid out rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed something printed out, and received the support I needed at once. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of dairy milk alternatives.

Has been my go-to hotel every time I visit Antwerp. Great location next to the main train station, new and modern facility, extremely kind and friendly staff, good breakfast with great varieties of food.

This hotel is in a great location right outside the Centraal train station. But don’t worry about any noise as the trains were all underground, and that combined with double glazing made for a good nights sleep. Was very grateful they allowed an early checkin and upgraded our room! It was a fabulous room and gave us a great end to our Belgium break. Breakfast buffet on the Sunday morning was hugely busy and they were out of a few of the basics which was a shame, otherwise it was a good variation. Totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Antwerp
