Pet Policy

Reservations for dogs must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. Dogs must weigh 23 kilogrammes/50 pounds or less (34 kilogrammes/75 pounds or less for two dogs). Dogs are not allowed in public areas or fitness centre and must be crated while alone in the room.

Children

Accommodation: Children under age of 13 stay for free in their parents’ room. We are happy to provide you with a baby bed or an extra bed, free of charge, for children under 13.

Restaurants: If your rate includes breakfast, children under 13 also receive this free of charge. For bookings without included breakfast, we offer a discount of 50% on the

breakfast price for children under 13. Children also receive a discount of 50% on other additional services such as brunch and dinner.

The above policies and benefits apply exclusively when the children are accommodated in their parents' room. Children aged 13 and older are considered adults and are accordingly registered in the system as full-paying guests.

Spa & Fitness

Children under 16 are allowed access to the spa area under the supervision of their parents. The fitness area can only be used by people 18 or older. Teenagers 16–17 can train under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking

Our hotel is a nonsmoking hotel. The hotel and all our rooms are nonsmoking areas. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €150 for smoking in our hotel rooms, which is prohibited.
