Excellent hotel
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only the restaurant for dinner and the rest of the bars are really expensive even compared to other countries

Fantastic experiance
It was fantastic experiance staff was very coperative Miss Nam, Dream, Mr Cho were very good they were very hardworking buggy workers had good communication and they were working very hard to satisfy customers they were very humble very originated team restaurant staff was also very nice Tangmoa Miss Nam in restaurant Miss zom

Perfect stay
Beyond expectations, nice view, good service. Large pool. Dinner experience at Mizu is enjoyable. I went there when raining but but still beautiful.

What a Resort!

well worth the stay
beautiful hotel, in very good condition, amazing pool, breakfast was amazing, air conditioning a little noisy in the room at night while sleeping...

An incredible resort for a fun and relaxing family vacation
Truly an incredible experience. The quality of the amenities such as the pool and beach were incredible. The service was also amazing, the hotel staff being super helpful and friendly. I also recommend this hotel if you have a gluten intolerance (like me), they have incredible alternatives and options at breakfast such as pancakes, muffins, bread etc. and in their restaurants, even having really good gluten free pizza. We also booked some of our excursions through the hotel, they have someone that can help you at the lobby, and found amazing boat tours that were better priced and much more tailored to you that what we had found online. I also recommend you check out the marine biology center in the premises, even if you aren't travelling with kids they have cool and interesting activies which are complimentary, such as the jelly fish feeding! Overall it is truly an incredible resort with options for all the family, incredible food (you have to check out casa Boho if you stay with them, the food is delectable and the game room is so much fun) and lots to do.

Complete getaway relaxing eco system.
One stop shop for a perfect all in one get away. It has its own little eco system, which can allow you to eat tan sleep and repeat. Transfers and other tourist locations are also in the vicinity which means if you are done relaxing you can venture out nearby to explore the island.

Beautiful Hotel and Service
It’s a beautiful hotel and with a lovely ocean view. Nice children play area and entertainment. Ample restaurants with some delicious food.

Not a five star experience
Had issues with the room and the pool of the hotel. The room had roaches in it (one dead just sitting on the floor of the room, another popped out of the shower while I was in it). The pool has lots of hidden steps and one of the people in our travel party pretty badly twisted her ankle on one of the steps. The lifeguard was great the moment the incident happened but the later follow-up from the hotel was beyond poor. Overall felt the resort lacked the cleanliness (roaches), quality of amenities (lack of a lap pool / place to swim laps), and customer service of a five star hotel. This is maybe a four star hotel if the roaches are dealt with
