Great service
The hotel had a fantastic team of staff who were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and breakfast offered a great variety of choices. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!
Great check in experience downhill from there
The reception was great however things went downhill from there. The service in the viseversa restaurant was bad, totally ignored. Have gotten charges to my credit card subsequent to check out without any documentation to support. What I thought was going to be great experience based on check in did not materialize
Loved the stay at Hyatt Lisbon
Having stayed across many properties in North America, I did not expect much from a Hyatt Regency, however this exceeded my expectations, staff were very considerate to my needs and accommodated an early check in request, upgraded us to a corner suite, kids had lot of space to run around, the hotel is located away from the hustle bustle of Baixa area, but I liked the calmness of the area with the riverfront view and access, lot of important sites are within a walking distance from the hotel. Overall ambience of the hotel was appealing and the staff were very nice, just want you would expect from a Hyatt property, this deserves a 5 star.

Great location away from the busy downtown area
The hotel’s location was perfect for us. Although it is away from the busy downtown area, it is conveniently located near many of the attractions we wanted to visit, including Pastéis de Belém, famous for its original Portuguese egg tarts dating back to 1834, and the beautiful Belém Tower. We also enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood and experiencing the charm of the area. The hotel is fairly new, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the bell staff to the front desk and concierge, everyone worked seamlessly together and complemented one another. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would gladly return and stay here again. The hotel is a great choice for travelers who appreciate a convenient location, comfortable accommodations, an excellent breakfast, and outstanding service.

a good staycation
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency Lisbon and had a positive experience. My only disappointment was the lack of clear minibar pricing. There was no clearly visible price list or price label for the bottled water, and I was subsequently charged €18 for the water I consumed. This unexpected charge detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Please ensure that minibar prices, including those for bottled water, are clearly displayed so guests can make an informed decision before consuming anything.

A Perfect "Home Away from Home" for Families (Especially from the Bay Area!)
Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon, and it easily deserves a full five stars. If you are traveling with family, I highly recommend booking their two-room duplex apartment. Coming from the Bay Area (Northern California), walking into the duplex immediately felt like living in a spacious home rather than a tight, standard hotel room. The absolute highlight for us was the view—looking out and seeing Lisbon’s famous bridge (which is a stunning carbon copy of the Golden Gate Bridge) truly gave us an unforgettable "home away from home" feeling. Make sure to visit the Icon rooftop bar for an even better, truly breathtaking view of the bridge! The service here is impeccable: • Attentive Staff: Every single team member we encountered was incredibly attentive and welcoming. • Standout Lobby Cafe: The hospitality at the lobby cafe was exceptional. They completely won us over when they remembered our son the very next morning, along with our family's exact entire food and drink order! If you want space, incredible views, and top-tier service that makes the whole family feel special, this is the place to stay in Lisbon. We cannot wait to come back!

Great stay for a weekend in Lisbon

Great Stay, But Missing a Pool for Kids
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The only suggestion I have is that during the summer, it would be great if the hotel had a pool or some type of water play area for kids. We were expecting a swimming pool or water facilities for children, especially during the hot summer months, but unfortunately, there weren't any. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Completely blown away!
The Hyatt Regency at Lisbon was a great deal with points, so I wasn't expecting much. We went in expecting it to be a mid-level property, but it was well beyond expectations. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The rooms were stunning and spacious. The entire hotel was a decor inspiration, and I even took photos for a future bathroom renovation. The location especially, close to the water, multiple groups of cute shops, very very walkable, and near multiple important office buildings, was a relief. I came with hopes of a clean bed, and I left very impressed with the hotel and with Lisbon in general. I highly recommend! *We didn't have a chance to try breakfast, but both the cafe and dinner were very delicious and had multiple vegetarian options - tricky in Portugal.

Wonderful hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon and would happily return. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and in a great location. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was how well-equipped it was. It included a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and minibar, making it feel like a home away from home. There was also plenty of closet space, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, and a large balcony where we could relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The warmth and professionalism of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Their kindness made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Lisbon to anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers planning a longer stay who would appreciate the extra space and apartment-style amenities.

Where Great Service Meets Great Comfort
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon for a week and loved the experience. The general set up of the hotel could almost calm a tired traveller. The room was very clean and tidy and maintained on a daily basis. Housekeeping and room service were excellent. The mini bar in the room was a bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to choose a place to stay in Lisbon. Let me finish by saying that the reception staff were very friendly and always served with a smile.

Wonderful hotel
We loved our experience at the Hyatt Regency. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite complete with a full kitchen, washer / dryer, and balcony. The location is nice next to the water and it is easy to get into the city center, but it does require a bit more effort. Overall though it was a great stay and we’d stay again.

June 2026 stay with family
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Lisbon and would highly recommend anyone coming to visit Lisbon. From emails before our arrival answering questions to check in and every day, the staff and concierge were so welcoming, friendly and willing to help. We were impressed with our suite, attentiveness to details at the reception, in the rooms, and more. We really enjoyed staying in this area as it was nice to be away from the steep roads of downtown Lisbon. We loved the breakfast every morning as well. Overall, a great stay with superb hospitality and service!

Great service and accomodation
Hyatt helped us last minute get 2 nights that were unplanned because another hotel was not suitable. Service in every department was great and I'd return again if in the area. Accommodation and food were both outstanding. Everyone went beyond the normal expectations,

Hyatt Regency Lisbon Ok, Not Great
Hyatt Regency is nice inside with very friendly staff who are responsive. The room was clean but HVAC system was challenging to use and water filtration unit was not working. We had a river view but also what looked like an abandoned parking lot next to us. Location not ideal to historic downtown and a bit noisy due to location right beside the train lines.

A wonderful experience in Hyatt Regency Lisbon
The hotel is 3-year old and very clean. It's a 1-minute walk from light rail (15E) and bus stations. The Icon Rooftop Bar has a great, close-up view of the April 25 Bridge at night. Joao of the front desk was awesome in our check-in process. The suite we upgraded was extremely spacious.
