Beautiful hotel in a beautiful neighborhood! Polanco was so cute and quiet, we loved the area. This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in!

Had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Located in a great neighborhood. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were out of this world!

This hotel is NOT worth the price. The rooms are small, dark, and have a dank smell. Save your money--Mexico City is full of beautiful hotels. I regret staying here and won't recommend it to anyone. It was the worst part of the trip.

Lovely Hotel with excellent and amazing staff. This hotel is Central to many activities and sites. Great location for walking around exploring and finding restaurants. Also very close to shopping. The rooms are beautifully appointed, well maintained and the beds are super comfortable. I found the staff was very helpful when I needed something in the room that was brought up immediately. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.

I always enjoy returning to the Hyatt Regency Polanco as it resides in a lovely part of the city with many points of interest and many excellent restaurants that are within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel, its services, and the staff's attentiveness. Highly recommended for conventions.

Great location - safe and walking distance to cafes and shops and Park Lincoln. Good Atmosphere. Very comfortable beds, comfortable shower, quiet rooms, room darkening drapes, excellent views, very clean, daily service available. Great breakfast. Excellent service.

Stayed for three days for a combined work/ personal function. Beautiful facility in an upscale area of the city. Updated facility and stay and fantastic restaurant options onsite. Great customer service and safe to walk around. Near a major park and other attractions if one decides to run or just walk around. heavy security presence throughout the city. Clean environment and low noise levels throughout. Good value for the money.

Such a nice stay in a good location with a decent quality for Hyatt regency. you would enjoy this stay if you get a nice room.

An amazing stay at the Hyatt. The location is amazing and the hotel staff was beyond helpful. We went to see a soccer game and they helped arrange transportation. Honestly this hotel made our weekend. Thank you to all the staff. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent and beautiful hotel with very attentive, bilingual staff. In a great location with beautiful views of Mexico City

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood within the city and has a lot of wonderful amenities. However, I do not recommend this property as the staff has a tendency to casually discriminate against guests staying here. This includes ignoring select guests in the executive lounge for service, harassing a guest when they attempt to use the gym as to whether they should be there, and generally disregarding any complaints as such. CMDX is a great city and I recommend a visit. Even as a Globalist, I do not recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City, particularly if you are a woman of color.

Room was comfortable, bathroom very good, breakfast amazing and the best was the staff that was very kind to help any situation

We had another wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Mexico City and continue to find it an excellent base for exploring Polanco, with its fantastic restaurants, parks, and museums all within easy walking distance. A special thank you to Jessica Barbosa for her pre-arrival assistance in accommodating our room preferences—we were delighted with our high-floor room, which was exceptionally quiet and had a lovely view over Polanco. The staff were consistently warm and professional throughout our stay, with special thanks to Soria and Cesar at Rulfo, who made our breakfasts a highlight and went above and beyond to make my birthday feel so special. The breakfast buffet offers outstanding quality and variety, and while we hope to see improvements to the Regency Club service and more two-bed suite options in the future, neither detracted from an otherwise excellent stay. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Mexico City.

This is an amazing hotel with top notch customer service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. It is right in the middle of an area that is extremely safe with ample opportunities for shopping and amazing restaurants.

Excellent time at Hyatt Polanco. The food, service, room, location were all great. We had a fun time in CMDX and the Polanco neighborhood was a great location.

Really liked this hotel. Aside from an issue with check-in when they tried to put me in a suite on the lowest guest floor that looked directly at and was VERY close to major hotel construction on a rooftop (globalist and confirmed suite award not a complimentary upgrade), which was eventually corrected. The facilities are great. Gym is fantastic. Pool is good. Club is good. Room was very nice. Service throughout most of the hotel was excellent. Also stayed at Andaz for a few nights on this trip, and definitely preferred the Regency.

During my stay, I decided to order room service one evening, and it exceeded all expectations. The meal arrived warm and was genuinely incredible—honestly better than the food at several local restaurants I visited in town. Without a doubt, it was the best hotel room service meal I’ve ever had. The morning breakfast buffet was equally impressive. With such a vast selection, choosing what to eat was a delightful challenge. Every station was beautifully presented and visually appealing. To top it off, the staff was attentive and ready to assist with anything I needed.
