Oak Terrace is our favorite location for smaller receptions. This is truly one of the more unique areas. The terrace is completely enveloped by the mature oak tree which is adorned with lanterns to make this space even more magical. Your event photos will look amazing if you choose to use this area.

Palm is one of our hotel’s most spacious conference rooms, and features 2,478 square feet of space divisible into six sections. With 12-foot ceilings and pre-function areas, Palm is ideal for your Orlando meetings, breakouts and more.

Another great meeting room fit for smaller Orlando conferences and breakouts is Poinciana. Each of its four 416-square-foot sections can be partitioned with air walls or combined to fit your space needs.

For VIP events, the five Executive Boardrooms with an outdoor patio provide a secluded setting away from it all. Host a formal dinner with white-gloved butler service, or a confidential meeting in a private locale, each preset with sleek boardroom tables and leather chairs.
