The minimum height to ride our waterslide is 48,” as determined by and in compliance with local regulations set by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. This applies to all guests, regardless of lifejacket being worn.
Lifejackets are available at the towel hut.
Yes. A designated drop off table is located near the concierge desk on our lobby level. Kindly note that outside vendors are not permitted on guestroom floors.
Rooms & Amenities
Our sleeper sofas are twin sized.
Microwaves are available for use on the 5th, 10th, and 15th floors, near the ice machines. An additional microwave is available in the Market located on our lobby level.
Parking, Travel & Transportation

Accessibility
Yes, self-parking lot located near the front entrance of the hotel for cars with proper ADA / Disability placards. Regular self-parking pricing applies, first come first served. Additional options for valet available at self-parking pricing if all spots are filled.
Booking & Policies
Yes. For late arrival, please alert the hotel of your expected time in advance. Early check-in is based on room availability on day of arrival. If only upgraded rooms are available, an upgrade fee for each night of your stay will be applied.
