I haven't been to this hotel for more than one year, but the service here are still very good. When I request the hotel room promotion, they gave me a suite. The rooms are really good, and the service is also awesome

The Hyatt Regency, Suzhou Industrial Park is one of my favorite hotels I've stayed. The staff is great, as a westerner, the location is awesome; several dining options. It's been several years since I've last stayed there; not much has changed but is very well maintained. For example, the fitness center looked exactly the same as when I was there last but looked new. They take great care of the facility.

I spent wonderful time during my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless room and thoughtful amenities, every detail was well taken care of. The location was super convenient, it is close to Jinji Lake so that I could wander around and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The hotel gives me a sense of home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

The Hyatt Regency was about what I expected it to be given the price point. The location is good, adjacent to a mall and some of the built up areas of Jinji Lake. The gym was dark and not appealing. The room was basic, showing signs of age, but also totally fine. I wish the water pressure in the shower were higher. The breakfast was quite good- the shengjian bao were excellent. It's a good bang for your buck, but not exactly a place that you'd look forward to coming back to.

Excellent hotel right near the metro and a shopping mall with many food outlets opposite to the hotel. A great hotel to stay with 5 star faciltiies. Excellent sevice, large spacious room, modern and clean, low noise and all the expected amenities.

Excellent stay & service - I would recommend the Hyatt Regency in particular if attending a conference at Suzhou Expo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and Emma in particular saved the day by assisting with all my last minute poster printing needs. The food is good, housekeeping is prompt, and even laundry (dry cleaning) was performed well. They also have a cute robot ice cream machine in the lobby that makes delicious soft serve.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I visit Suzhou. The front desk staff, Fly and Kitty, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They upgraded me to a suite. The executive lounge has a great view of Jinji Lake. The staff in the lounge, including Sheila and Lynn, all showed high quality and work ethic. I will stay here again next time. Thank you.

I stayed once or twice every year and Hyatt Regency Suzhou has delivered consistent great service. Check-in was smooth. Got upgraded with status recognition. Good variety at 2nd floor breakfast at both local and western options. Nice view from club lounge.

People did not speak English....we got the feeling they were hiding behind language barrier. The shower did not heat up!!! [very little - took 5 min - still too cold.]

We left a dress in our room without noticing. The staff messaged us, sent us a picture of the dress, and mail the dress to the address I gave. Very friendly and warm hearted. I'll definitely consider come back. One little problem with the room is that some device under the sink produces a constant noise which is noticeable at night time.

Not recommended. 1. Facilities are old and lack maintenance. During my stay the curtain and shower head were malfunctioning. 2. Do not expect any services if arrivals and check-ins are heavy. Pros. Breakfast is good. Available only when you make the purchase or being a globalist.

Good housekeeping service, friendly staff and good food. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great. Overall, it’s definitely worth recommending. Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.

Hyatt Regency Suzhou do not meet the Hyatt Brand standard. The room was dated and has a terrible rotten smell in all of the 3 days we stayed. Regency Lounge has very limited selection. I understand that many hotel has implemented optional daily sheet changes by housekeeping. Hyatt Regency lacked the option (a card to be put on the pillow?) for guest to choose if they wish the bed sheet to be change. I have call the front desk to ask the sheet to be change on the second day of our stay but they have failed to communicate with housekeeping. My wife has called the front desk to ask for 10 extra minutes upon check out, but the front desk has then called a few times and the housekeeping has entered the room to ask if my wife wanted to extend the stay. I was at the gym and the maintenance staff came to check my locker while I was dressing and asked me to lock it up before I am finish. The property is poorly manage and lacked internal communication. I will not stay there again.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent, attentive staff. Very clean and modern. Easy walk to the conference center.Highly recommended.

Good value, convenient, but unfortunately the room smelling like cigarette smoke, and the blocked toilet let the room down.

As a globalist, I was only allowed to have breakfast at the club lounge, where the breakfast is terrible with very few options and low quality. Hard to believe this is the way to treat loyal custom. Hotel room is rather old, I don't find a way to control the room temperature properly.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Suzhou every year in the past several years. Another great experience this time - cleanness, service, prompt responses, and friendly staff. Got upgraded to a suite as a globalist, and the living area is excellent for using computer and relax.

Overall very positive experience. There are a couple of ares that can potentially be improved. 1-Western style room service menu is only limited to 3 choices. 2-There is a strong odor of food in hallways and lobby area in the morning.

I had a lovely stay, and the staff across all departments were very helpful, prompt, and friendly. Their choices for breakfast and at the bistro restaurant were very nice and provided a wide range of options.

Stay here every times when I travel in Suzhou , good location and good stuff work here . Globalist member room was upgraded, club lounge happy hour food good , breakfast good. Construction is underway and there is some noise, but overall there is no problem.thanks
