Ja'Mel at the front desk is phenomenal. He makes you feel like family. Our crew was there for a football game. They were able to provide my crew a delicious Thanksgiving dinner for 20. The bar staff, Trevor was very accommodating! Thank you for making us feel at Home!

From the front counter to the bar staff to the security officers, every single one of their staff members are amazing. They all went above and beyond for me during my stay. Terry, Dee and Marilou were the main ones that I interacted with the most, but they were all super helpful.

The carpet was filthy, debris was left on rugs. The coffee station was not replaced, opened creamers left upon arrival. Spotted a roach and had to kill it. Very dirty place. When I let the front desk know they just said it happens!

The room was over all nice. It could use some deep cleaning in the bathrooms. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were all awesome people. The restaurant was a nice place to unwind for an evening out with some appetizers and drinks.

We attended a week long conference and were booked in this hotel. So convenient to the convention center, plus great location to get to area restaurants, distilleries, shops, etc. Pool is very nice, bar is a great place to hang in the evening, and the restaurant has a nice menu and very reasonable prices. They have heaters if you want to sit outside. Rooms are quiet and comfortable and I would recommend this place if you're in the area for business, with friends or family.

I don’t know what to say- stayed here for business several years ago and my memory is that it was better. They only had one restaurant with a limited selection- what I had was good and the service very accommodating but I guess I expected

Try to get in touch with a manager and no one was available and nobody answered or try to resolve an issue. Very unpleasant experience. I felt like no one ever cared that the room had dirty/ black stains on it and expected me to put my child to sleep in it.

Great location for a girls weekend to explore Louisville. Staff super friendly. We stepped right outside to go to the Taco and Tequilla fest at Fourth Street live. We were able to walk to Whiskey Row.

Everything was great. The layout of the room, soothing shower, the bed is very comfortable and the pillows are OMG so soft. I loved the view from my room. We were on the 11th floor. I felt safe at this hotel.

All staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to respond to questions and service needs. Check-in was seamless, and my room was clean and comfortable. In and out valet parking was efficient.
